The doctors are very nice but this clinic only accepts a limited number of emergencies per day. Had I known this, I would have definitely chosen another clinic for my kids. What parents really need is a paediatric clinic ready to accept sick children to ease the pressure on hospitals.

So you can’t take your baby if there’s Fever Or Cough Or runny nose Or Weakness or .... and you know that every type of infection may cause fever (respiratory, urinary, ear, throat, ....)And you never answer for emergency appointments.So what’s the purpose of the clinic ????To measure the weight and the height of my baby ??!!Really useless !!!

They switch off their phones from 7:30 until 8:30 so no one can call them in the morning for emergency appointment when your child is really sick. And after 8:30 they will switch on back their phone line and when you can reach them after so many tryouts they will tell we are sorry but we recive emergency phone calls only from 7:30-8:00 am" WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!! They just ignoring evryone's phone calls. It means they really don't care about your child. I am very dissapointed. 1/10"

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this clinique. My son is 3 years old and I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The receptionists are the nicest people, Dr. Boudraa has been amazing and I’ve almost always been able to get an emergency appointment. If I didn’t, I understood, because as clearly stated, they are NOT an emergency clinique.

While the clinic looks very nice, the staff is not very respectful, you don't feel that you're absolutely welcomed, and you rarely can take an appointment over the phone.

For emergency appointments you need to call at 7:30am.I put an alarm at 7:25am, and started calling exactly at 7:30am continuously up to 8:10am... not 2 times, not 10 times... 90 times... and my husband 50 times.Line always busy.Now Ive got no appointment for my 2yo son who needs medical attention and too late to take him to a walk in clinic.Im not saying the clinic is all bad.Just saying that the emergency system they have is unreliable and frankly (in my case) useless! :(

Yes they are busy but the doctors and the staff are really amazing and kind. They are focused on the well-being of the children.

Everytime I go the staff is friendly and extremely patient with the children. Our doctor, Dr. Boudra is the sweetest doctor I could have! Definitely recommend this establishment, a referral is needed but definitely worth it.

Had my first baby back in august. Signed her up for her two month check up with the doctor. Waited 2 months, no call... tried reaching them to finally get an answer why they havent called for her appointment as they said they would.... turns out the doctors all quit a month prior. They didnt even bother calling to let me know, now im stuck with no doctor and no other clinics because im late and everything is full. I ask to get transfer somewhere else or at least get a phone number of another clinic they just turned me away.Awful service.
