I have used this store for years to update older laptops and buy computer supplies, Brian and his staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s the only computer store I frequent as the service is excellent. Last laptop was an old HP and I had the memory upgraded to 12mb and a SSD installed. What a phenomenal difference. It’s like greased lightning now. Good prices and good service that can’t be beat.

I found Computer and Parts Direct through a Google search and saw all these great reviews/rating and decided to give it a try with my laptop issue. Brian and Chris are great. Super professional, helpful and really did a great job resolving my computer issue. I dropped off my computer late in the day but he managed to fix it with such a short turnaround time, and everything is running smoooth! THANK YOU SO MUCH and highly recommended :)

I've been coming to Brian and his wife for computer related issues for 7+ years and they have never disappointed me.You can go to these folks and ask them what you want computer-wise, and they will get it for you.I'm a youtuber and I needed a tower computer that could edit videos as well as Livestream. Brian helped me get a computer that could do what I needed.They also have extra headphones, screens, hard drives, Ram, fans etc, just about everything you'd need.Brian is that mechanic that goes the extra mile and has once or twice been busy and stayed with me past his closing time make sure i'm all good, with no pressure to leave.Thanks for everything over the years guys, i'll never go anywhere else.

Could not believe the excellent service. My computer was updated within a couple hours. Most other shops give you 3 days to 1 week. I was impressed.

I have a 3-year-old HP desktop in great condition, but it needed a larger solid-state system drive. Prior to going in to Computer and Parts Direct, I checked a couple of the larger places, such as Best Buy and Canada Computes. The wanted a lot of money to take a look at my computer, and needed several business days unless I wanted to pay a premium. Brian told me I could have my computer the next day. He lived up to his promise, and, importantly, was significantly cheaper. This is now my go-to repair shop and I have already recommended it to friends.

Once again, Computers and Parts Direct performed outstanding service and returned my computer to me as though it were brand new. I can't thank them enough. They are simply the best and I highly recommend them for their competence and professionalism!

I had an issue with my desktop PC. I think my windows files had become corrupted and the owners of this shop were able to reinstall windows and save most, if not all of my data. I appreciate their timely repair (fixed in the same day) and professionalism.

This shop is great for laptop repairs! Brian and Chris are both very nice and helpful people. They recommended the right repair for a comparably low cost for both my laptops. I would highly recommend this place for all your tech repair needs.
