Fast and very courteous service. They arranged my rental vehicle for me and had my car all fixed up pretty fast. My car looks amazing and the inside was cleaned as well. Had me back in my vehicle and smiling!!! I highly recommend these guys!!!!!! So happy

Got my 2017 BMW 430i Gran Coupe's damaged hood repaired here. They fixed the hood and replaced the shattered windshield here. Great work and attention to detail. Looks good as new now. Thanks Jav!

So I got rear ended 10 months ago (May 2022), and brought my car to this place. They partially fixed the bumper after about 2-3 months, but forgot to fix several relatively small parts like the trunk clip, and plate holder. They also destroyed my car key by leaving it out in the sun and it basically melted. So I asked them to fix these things. Here we are now in March 2023, and I am still waiting for my car to be properly fixed. I have emailed them about once every 2 months, and each time they say they don't even have an ETA on the parts. This is 10 months later! I don't believe they are really trying very hard. The first repair only took 3 months, and now I am no longer a priority for them. I am particularly disappointed with Aleks Lakovic (the one repairing my car) who has not moved my case forward in over half a year. He also has stopped responding to my emails several times, but it doesn't matter since I assume his response will be the same as always....just kept waiting...no ETA...be patient.Edit: things have finally been fixed now (April 2023)

Second time having to use Open road for repairs to my car and they are first rate! From the front desk in processing you, to the repair guys in back explaining every detail. I would definitely come back to them to handle any of my car needs. Tremendous work and professional!!

I did not expect them to vacuum my car! They did a seamless job fixing my front bumper. And it was a very nice surprise to have my car return all clean. Thank you!

Very satisfied with their work and service! The body paint done for my Tesla has turned out spectacular (factory quality for sure). The only downside was with the Enterprise car rental not with OpenRoad. The courtesy car had full of defects. I had to get it switched. But I will definitely recommend OpenRoad Auto Body Langley to everyone! Thank you for the amazing car wash inside and out. :)

They are people like you and me. They are listening to our problems, they make them theirs. Very helpful.They did a very good on my car, I was impressed. Which was not happening very often in the last recent years.Your car is in good hands there.

Highly disappointed with the experience here. We stopped at this location November 18 to request the windshield be repaired on our Tesla. My husband was told it would take a few weeks maybe a month or two for the new windshield to arrive. After patiently waiting for the new windshield to come in, he called March 1 only to learn the dealership didn’t forward the paperwork and it would be another 6 weeks. During the last 4 months the original chip has grown into a substantial crack across the windshield. Would not recommend this dealership.

Jav gave me a private quote for 1100.00 (two other quotes both came in at $1667) and the final bill was $1085.00. It was on 2021 Model 3 Tesla rear bumper. The workmanship looked like it was brand new and he also had it done 1 day sooner than expected (3 days). I would highly recommend to anyone.
