I would work with him and his company again in a heartbeat.Our job was very complex - he was knowledgable, attentive, direct and honest, and ultimately delivered exactly what he promised (something very very rare with contractors). His crew were also outstanding - prompt, helpful, willing to go the extra mile for the final punch list. Northshield were more expense than other quotes we got. But the quality of his product and his work was amazing, and we have no regrets.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. They were professional, responsive and the final work was professional grade. Alex even came months after the installation was complete to assist with an issue when my daughter messed with the handle. It's so refreshing to work with contractors that stay true to their word and deliver on service and quality! Highly recommend!

We used North Shield for our windows a few years ago and we were very happy with the windows and the installation. They were fast, efficient and very professional. They went the extra mile to take care the smallest details that impressed us. They didn't cheap out like most contractors do to get the job done and get out.This year we decided to replace our doors, we had to use North Shield. Again they did a great job installing both doors and made sure every detail was addressed.They even keyed both locks the same without me asking; that was great since I didn't think of this in advance of installation.From sale to installation they were honest, knowledgeable and very professional.I recommend them without a second thought.Thank you for all your hard work.

I had to replace all south facing windows this year as it's all rotted. Alex did a great job at explaining everything clearly and thoroughly to me, he treats customers as friends and families, he also followed up the entire project from the beginning to the end as if it's his own house, making sure everything work perfectly and meet my expectations. Not only that, Dennis did a great installation job, he's professional and humble, straight to the work, got the job done in quick order, he doesn't waste any of your time, but also willing to take requests from a picky customer like me for tiny little spots touch ups. Overall, the window replacement experience were excellent. Couldn't be happier with this team, will definitely recommend them for my friends and neighbours.

We contacted Northshield in about July 2022. Very soon after this, Alex came over to the house to look at the 4 windows, 2 doors and back sliding door that we needed replaced. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us all the options we had which made it easy for us to decide on what we wanted.A few months later (today), Vitaly and his team came over first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were also very professional and even addressed a concern we had with one of the door handles which they fixed right away.
