Absolutely wonderful service from Oliver Dietrich at Carter GM's North Shore Service Dept! We sent our GMC Terrain Denali for a Blind Spot warning and not working issue. Oliver was prompt with a call back with estimate. He was clear about the process of diagnostic, costs and expectation. While the overall repair was a fair expense and there was some parts that needed to be ordered, we are extremely pleased about the follow up, the care and prompt attention that Oliver provided. We will be sure to recommend and continue using their services. Thank you Oliver, your service was outstanding!

The Service Department is fabulous. Simple to book an appointment, easy drop off and pick up. Great, friendly customer service, asked if i needed a shuttle. Vehicle was ready in the timeline promised. Couldn't ask for anything more!

My experience during my purchase and follow-up service is excellent... salesman knew his vehicles... all paper work done is the way you would expect. :) The service department always goes an extra step... IE. full description of service needed and done, vehicle was always washed and cleaned after service, great valet service... door to door... with a smile. I highly recommend purchasing and servicing your vehicle here.Oct 17 2018: Just go my snow tires installed... as always... great job! even wash and cleaned the insides. :)

Won't give it a one-star although it's deserving of one.Had a waitlist reservation placed on the Lyriq earlier this year, for $100 dollars. After being called and told that there won't be allocations for a while, I told my salesman over the phone to refund my deposit. He said the refund will be processed. Since then, it's been months and I haven't got a refund.I don't want to put the blame on the salesman, who was very kind and non-pushy. However, the business office here did not refund me until I called them this week. Absolutely astonishing that I have to follow-up to make sure I get my own refundable deposit back. Was this dealership just trying to get away with $100?? Unacceptable service in this area.

I brought our Buick Encore in for an interior detail. This was also the first detail since having the car for 7 years. I was quite shocked when I picked up the car because it was immaculately clean. The carpets, seats, and interior fabric were all steam cleaned to almost brand new. The dash, hard surfaces, mirrors, and windows in the car were sparkling clean. I am so impressed by the person who cleaned my car (Thank You) so well. Buick also provided me with shuttle service to and from work which was a bonus. I was actually getting quite stressed out looking for a detailing service on the North Shore and most of them were not honest with their prices. Buick gave me an accurate estimate of the detail and I liked that. I will definitely go back to Buick for a detail in the future!
