The people were very polite and helpful, and even loaded my car with furniture for me. The only downside is some of the items I thought could be priced a little cheaper for second-hand. They gave $10 off coupons for every donation. They also have sale days with 50% off all clothing.

I am really disappointed and incredibly annoyed about this store's policy on returns. I understand they had put something in place in the height of the pandemic, but they have not changed it. First of all, you are NOT allowed to try on the clothing. So you have to take the clothing home and whatever you choose not to keep you can return BUT you only have 10 days and you HAVE to exchange for something else in store, not store credit. This is extremely frustrating and unfair and I will NOT shop at Salvation Army Thrift Store anymore. I don't have time to continue to return to this store numerous time within 10 days until I find clothing I want, especially when I only rarely shop for clothing to begin with. Thankfully, I can find good quality second-hand clothing elsewhere where I can not only try it on, but also pay less.

Great deals to be had if you know what you’re looking for and when to look. It’s a bigger Thrift store than I’m used to and very well organized.

Don't understand why fitting rooms are not open.I prefer to try items on before I buy them so I don't have to return them all other used clothing stores have their fitting rooms open.

Honestly SHOCKED at the prices in this store. Living in Halifax I can tell you the prices at this location are absolutely ridiculous and so over inflated. 24.99 for an off brand purse? 12.99$ for a basic men’s dress shirt? 14.99 for a ceramic vase that is not vintage, not anything special? Just crazy. Resellers are destroying thrifting for those who enjoy it for themselves and the saddest part for those who are lower income. Companies will of course not allow people to make more of a profit than they do so alas…we are seeing the destruction of thrift shopping. The pricing is getting out of hand. I hope that Moncton will get a few more non profit stores who actually price items fairly and reasonably because I could not believe the cost of very basic items at this location.

4.5 out of 5 - good selection and not bad prices for clothing; selection in household goods a bit lacking when I was there. Staff was friendly and easy to find. Very easy to drop off donations, and there's always someone here to help as well

Pretty shocked and disappointed at some of the prices. We need to remember these places get their items donated. $17.99 for a mason jar with a candle holder? Same ones are going for $15 online. The one that really blew me away was $80 plus tax for 3 Pyrex Bowls is Insane for a thrift store. That’s prices I’d see at an antique mall. Not to mention I can buy the exact same 3 piece set off eBay for $69.45 shipped to my door step. How do they even decided the prices on their items?
