This is a review of purchasing from their online store as I have not been to the physical location. We were a bit skeptical because of the lack of reviews online but decided to go ahead because the price was right and ended up having a great experience. We purchased a couch that was listed as new and indeed arrived in new condition so I can't speak to the used products.Within a day of ordering, I received an email confirming delivery date and they were flexible enough to work around my condos elevator rules. The day before and the day of I received quick confirmation calls.Actual delivery went very smoothly - the delivery people brought the couch to the room of choice without damaging any walls and put the legs back on swiftly.Overall, I would definitely recommend this store if you know for sure you want what you are getting (no return policy)
