From the moment I walked into O’Regan’s the other day i was met with unbelievably exceptional service. Mitchell Hippern was there for me and he helped me find everything I needed even though there were only minutes till close. He guided me towards a vehicle that fit my needs, and went way above what i expected for myself at this time. I would recommend the service and staff at this location to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. Toyotas are the best, and Mitchell and the team have made it an easy and enjoyable experience to get myself behind the wheel of one.

I had the best experience at O’Regans Halifax.I walked in with a car not meeting inspection and a ton of work needed — clearly I needed a car asap. I’m beyond glad I walked in to O’Regans Halifax! The moment I walked in I noticed Keith in the back, but was greeted by a manager (the atmosphere was warm, fun and inviting) who than directed me to Keith. I knew this was a sign as I had noticed Keith when I first walked in and was wondering if he could help me!Keith was amazing to talk to and work with, he understood everything I needed and understood the urgency in me needing a car the day I came in.Keith has lovely service and has the best interest of his customers at all times.I never thought I would be okay with a new to me, not a brand new car. Though it was like Keith knew all the things I’ve ever wanted in a car and showed me the Mazda that had it all. To top it off, Finance was fantastic to deal with as well.I’m so happy and pleased with my purchase, this will be my new car home.

Worst service centers in the world. Toyota losing their business. My first mistake was I bought a new Toyota highlander from halifax Toyota. They will not do anything for you. My cars glass window Can't move up and down. Because of regulater. When I showed them, they told they don't have the item. So ordered. Now it's one month is over.not getting the appointment. What they did is just sealed with tape. And service due on 73k km. It's 2k is over. Still not getting. The sooner dates.

He's knowledgeable and walk through with me the new features one by one. From the time I ordered, Keith keeps me updated the status. I'm very happy to get my new car even though that's a snowy day. I'm pretty satisfied with the service I received - it was quick and easy. However, I have a suggestion that could make it even better. At another dealership, they showed me a video clip of what the technician did to my car, and I thought that was really helpful. It helps build trust that what's written on paper matches up with what actually happened. So, if possible, it would be great to add that feature here too
