The chicken katsu soup itself is a rather average chicken broth, served over fried chicken with a boiled egg, noodles, and scallions. However the ingredients are of Walmart quality, so I cannot recommend you dine here.

The ramen is decent and lacks toppings from a traditional ramen but overall still good. We also had the chairman and gangnam style baos. Should they add more of the traditional toppings in the ramen and increase the portion of the pork then it will deserve 5 stars.

I have ordered from Mr. And Mrs. Bao twice both times food was delicious. I was just about to order again when I noticed that the price for the same meal on the STD app and the DD- app Have an $18 difference (in my area) in price before service charges etc. If there is a difference in serving size that is understandable but if not I don't want to pay an extra $18 for the same product. Could you please clarify i would be happy to adjust my rating with some insight.As a side note: With the service charges & tax (one being over double compared to the other it ended with a $19 total price difference. Sadly my appetite has wained after this discovery. So I will hold off my order today.

The baos were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐But the ramen bowl was only a ⭐⭐⭐ star because of the sad one small piece of pork... For the price, it was a lot of noodles, not a lot of protein/ veggie variety). Flavor profile was really good though & the Baos were amazing (we got the chairman & Gangnam style).

Very much enjoy the food. It would be nice if they would answer the phone during their posted business hours. We've had take out a half a dozen times here... we've wanted take out at least that many time and the phone rings to a voicemail service that has not been set up". Sigh. We like to support new businesses in our city that we like but there comes a point when service is part of the equation."

Not good if you know what Asian food should taste like. I don’t think there was a grain of salt in any dish we ordered, the sui mai and har goa both have weird textures and the taste is off. I ordered the ramen without green onions and had a mound of them on it, also an insane amount of bonito which isn’t even noted on the menu; the bonito makes the ramen so fishy and takes away the pork flavour entirely. Just so disappointed overall and not worth the price.

The worst place we have ever eaten.No fresh ingredients. Seafood was not cooked and gummy. Very dry meat. Was not edible. Terrible customer service. Was not busy, because I had to call and ask why the food quality was so bad.

I tried this place when they first opened and was super obsessed! Been off take out for a little while and had a craving for a purple rice bowl.Tasted just as I had it before. Nice big portion size. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't enough cilantro on my bao... but that's easily fixed by just ordering extra next time.I wish I had a photo to attach, but I ate the whole thing! I would say that the photos on their website are very true to what is served. We will be back again and again!

Tried the Baos and was wholly unimpressed. EXTREMELY salty and the filling did not taste fresh. We enoyed 1 of 6 we bought.Menu online was not correct and they wouldn't honor their $2 Bao deal posted online.Maybe their other food is good but I doubt I will ever be back.
