Wonderful selection of top quality pet supplies at reasonable prices!One staff member I encountered was wonderful, customer service focused and happy to help. There was another staff member, sitting on the floor setting up a display- that staff was not so customer service oriented. She was asked questions by three different customers while I was in the vicinity and not one did she get off the floor to help, she simply yelled across the store to the other staff. One customer was poorly explaining what she was looking for (which I figured it out) and that staff just spoke down to her- I ended up telling the staff what she was looking for and helped her find it.Overall though, great experience. I realize that every workplace has that employee". Very happy with the selection and savings (and my Bassett hound loved getting a little spoiled)"

Very clean, well stocked and staff is always welcoming and helpful. Also they have deals if you buy some items frequently enough you can definitely save over time.

Was so disappointed. Went in for bird supplies, and the selection was so minimal. For such a large store, iI was really surprised. If you're looking for bird supplies, dont waste your time.

Ren's Pets is an amazing place for all your pets needs, my husband and I shop here for our fur babies. I recommend Ren's Pet's to my parents before they recieved their new puppy. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable.

We visit aren’t a couple of times a week for various pet needs. We ALWAYS receive excellent service! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Someone is always available to help and if they are uncertain they ask a coworker. I’ve never left disappointed! They take the time to check when products are coming if they are sold out … just superb service every time! My puppy Nova LOVES visiting — they know her by name and always welcome her!

Great service and a huge variety of pet food. Very outgoing staff, and they help you with your purchases to your car, particularly if you bring in your dog into the store as I did.

Tick season and it's bad this year. Glad Ren's stock is good!!! April 2023.

Giving this place 3 stars because it seems like the front door is always broken. Half open or shut, heavier than a ton of bricks and dangerous. I've almost busted my hands a few times.
