I stayed in this motel for five days. It is a clean, quiet, and cozy place. Staff is so helpful and kind. They have a great room service. They change towels and bed sheets every day. I think they deserve one more star.

The staff are not helpful, the rooms are filthy to say the least... The health inspectors in the city of Surrey should be place under review for allowing such a bug infested roach motel to remain in operation. This establishment makes the no longer existing Hollywood motel seem like the Hilton. All at outrageously high rates

Horrible horrible, experience we don't have basic things like a kettle microwave, coffe maker, theTV does not work. The toilet was plugged and over flowed and we only flushed pee down the toilet. Front desk refused any real assistance such as a mop or extra towels to help dry up the bathroom. In its stead he gave two rolls of bathroom tissue. When I asked him what we do if we need the bathroom tonight, he said if someone checks out you can use their bathroom." Anyway

I booked the room over Expedia based on location, reviews and price.The room was clean and I had no issues with it. I did see a bug inside on my departing day, could not tell what kind was it but it did not bother me. The sheets were clean, floor vacuumed, and bathroom clean as well.Service was provided by two people, young lady when I arrived and young gentleman when I left. Check-in and out were smooth and expected fee was charged.Location is subjective matter, but the rooms are far enough of the street to be quiet.All in all a regular, no hussle stay at a reasonable price. I would not have an issue staying here again.

I left my cell in a room there and they told me they threw it in the garbage. They charged me for smoking cigarettes in the room when I went outside every time . Also added 50 dollars to the price of the room compared to the price I was told over the phone . They are scam artists .

I think they have bed bugs. I didn’t come here with any bites and after an hour lying in bed I have been bitten on my legs and feet several times.

Absolutely horrible hotel. They overcharged me and had me cancel a booking online and promised me a discount if I did so and then when I asked for my money they told me to talk to a person on Monday which was 3 days away and I was leaving town. I will not recommend this overpriced dump to anyone.

Our bed was covered in blood . Seriosly dont think the person left there walking or alive and they didnt replace the matress. The stain was atleast 3x3 ft in size . Smudged like it had been wiped up . No one monitors hotel conditions so this is allowed .

The front desk gentleman needs better training. His customer service skills are REALLY terrible. He gives one word answers and you can't hear him at all.Please train him on basic customer service skills that a child can learn.Called on Mar 24th, 12:30

It was older and a little run down. People were so pleasant. Will be back if I ever just need a place to crash for the night
