Slowest drive through I’ve ever experienced. For some reason, it seems they can’t take multiple orders. After you place your order they ask you to wait at the order sign which holds up traffic.

I usually love this Tim Hortons but me and my mom went there today to get donuts. I got the jelly filled donut. Either it was a week old or they changed it because I have never almost thrown up after having one of those. Definitely not impressed.

I had boycotted Tim Hortons as a whole. I preferred anyone else’s food and coffee, but most of all the service of any where else. I recently moved to the Okanagan and I needed breakfast and a coffee and this Tim’s was the quickest & closest place. This specific location took me by surprise, finally in the good way. They are attentive, quick, friendly, always right. I don’t know what makes them different than the rest as far as management go but wow. I visit for a reliable coffee and breakfast multiple times a week now because they keep me coming back. Seriously though you guys are doing awesome

Guaranteed lumby tims will mess up your order. Chili was good. Got the butter for what I don't know as ididn't get the bun.

I rarely come to Timmies. I noticed they had a Veggie Cilantro Lime wrap. It cost $7.13.Timmies here is going for that café setup as I saw multiple people on their laptops here.I was at the front of the line for three minutes before I was acknowledged. One of the workers had to tell the person to grab the till. Two of the employees were standing there and doing nothing as I waited.Eventually they took my order and the wrap tasted better than I expected. Much better than expected.I like the fireplace by the entrance.Overall, my experience was fine. The staff was the weakest part. They're not very friendly. Who knows. Maybe just a bad day.

I’m not sure why the drive thru is ran the way it is… Only one lane is ever open, and the staff will not let you drive up to the window after placing your order until your entire order is ready. Both of those factors cause the drive thru to back up into the gas station and obstruct traffic. If you’re going to make people wait before they drive up, at least have both lanes open so it doesn’t clog up the drive thru and the rest of the parking lots. All of that empty space between the ordering area and the pick up window really affects the other businesses and busy roads around this place.

Had two separate people trying to take my order in drive thru which was very confusing. Hard to understand when there’s two voices asking questions at the same time. Got my meal very quickly though. Fast and fresh. Only gripe is that my wrap had hardly any lettuce so it was pretty bare bones and thin. Other than that it all tasted great, was just confused about the drive thru experience

Staff are friendly but almost every time I ask for my english muffin double toasted, I get a raw one. Not warm even and definitely not double toasted. if they could just figure out toasting times they would have a decent breakfast sandwich!

I'm going to say a lot about this spot.Old looking.Busy.Dirty.The only good thing was the service. They treated you with kindness.The manager needs to put his foot down and have a cleaning of the place.
