It was a night me and my friends visited Everest Tandoori Kitchen Restaurant. Still I remember each moments we spend there. It was our last spot we visited in our Niagara Falls trip. So we were 20 people so we took dine in there.The atmosphere there was pretty fine and calm. The staffs were so good in the communications and friendliness. I felt a really good customer support over there.We all had different food items, I tried Chicken Biriyani Spicy. To be frank it was spicy as it says. Presentation was good too.After one which we hounour their support is one of our friends birthday was on that day, they allowed us to celebrate the event and they also joined with us also made great moments there by giving him a birthday song too.Might this is one reason some people get bad mood here. Its but not fair from customer's side is many reviews i saw it takes a lot of time for their cooking, it's all because it's fleshly prepared.Best wishes from me and friends☺️

We had so many items ordered. All were good and tasty. Dine option is best rather than delivery or take-out. Just one recommendation... they should keep more high chairs for babies. My only negative experience was they had only 2 high chair and both occupied, so my baby was the one with no high chair so I didn't really get to sit and enjoy hot food as she was jumping all over.

I tried the veg chilli momos and the taste wasn’t up to mark, it was 3/10. Service was extremely poor, had to wait a long time for each thing be it ordering, receiving food, or making a payment. There was a single person managing all tables and was bad at ‘first come first serve’.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. There was only one waitress attending to all the tables, which resulted in a long wait to receive the bill. It took an astonishing 7-8 minutes just to make the payment.Regarding the food, I tried the Veg Chilli Momos and Indian Masala Chai, and while they were decent, they didn't stand out in any remarkable way. Additionally, I was disappointed to find a stain on the plate, which deterred me from ordering anything else.Oh, and the food smell is in the entire restaurant so you will def get on your clothesOverall, I don't plan on returning to this place in the future.

Stumbled onto this restaurant for a quick bite. It was nice to have an option to dine in at the plaza. Service was good and the food was fresh, balanced with the perfect spice level.

Modifying my initial rating now based on my recent experience. I usually dine in and take out from this place every time I visit Niagara Falls. Although food quality is still as good as in earlier times, they increased the price and reduced the quantity by 50% less than in previous years for take out orders for which I will think to visit this place in near future.

Visited Kolkata Club yesterday and we were very amazed by the quality taste of the food.Food: 5/5Cleanliness: 5/5Service: 3/5We were truly amazed by the food quality so for that they nailed it. But the service was super slow and any questions we asked our server was met with a “sorry I do not know I will have to ask someone” and I am like but you work here. And if the person was new then someone should be with them shadowing them so she can learn and respond to the customers inquiries.

First I love coming here, have been for years now. Since they changed names, there have been issues. One I placed an order and then found out they hadn't reopened yet since changing names. Didn't get charged so only lost time. Not ideal but c'est la vie.Today I placed an order, using the link ON this listing and it apparently went to the Welland location. I arrived to pick up my order and the Welland location called me as I arrived. I hadn't paid for my order luckily but the gentleman on the phone was quite snippy asking when I realized my order went to the wrong spot - it was less than a minute before he called. He then said to just order in-person since I was at the St Catharines location anyway. Not the best encounter but whatever.Now I place my order here in-person and they say 20 minutes. Fine. I go kill some time and arrive 25 minutes later. Order still isn't done AND they messed up my order so they had to remake one of the dishes.This ordeal all started at 2pm and it's now 4pm and I'm FINALLY just getting my food. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future - I recommend you do as well. At least until the system gets sorted.To add insult to injury, I've never had such bland food. Previously the flavours were amazing. Today? Awful. I typically order a few for leftovers and I don't even want to eat them now. So disappointing. I'll be going to Indian Aroma Kitchen from now on.

I order chicken biryani and chicken noodle . Chicken biryani was ok but there was only 2 pieces of chicken. Noodles was so bad I didn’t have single spoon. It’s looking like they didn’t make it fresh
