I never have any issues at the Westerner Park box office. It's usually pretty dead with lots of parking around. Visited today.

I bought a ticket for westerner days on july 13th and they took my money but i dont have the ticket. Was really hoping to go to the park on opening day but i dont have a ticket to go so i guess not

I had tickets to an event that has been cancelled for weeks and never even got an email from the ticket company, had to find out online. They also sent a refund for the one set of tickets I bought but not the other yet which is weird. I didn’t even get an email about my refund just saw it on my credit card statement. I wish they were more professional and communicated better with customers. I’ve had other ticket companies contact me about cancelled events well before they were about to take place. It’s stupid not to let anyone know at all.
