My car was broken into at Stanley park (the parking lot near the swimming pool and public washroom) the thief SMASHED my window to get into my car and take all of my belongings. After my walk this is what I had to come back to (pictures attached)I feel anger and pity for people like this who prey on others.Budget glass assisted me in repairing my passenger window. This was really a smooth process. After going through the trauma of being robbed business who make your life easier should be acknowledged.Kudos to Aqsa for her kind, prompt, and efficient service at the front desk and also to the amazing team that helped fix this issue with the broken glass

I had an amazing experience with my windshield replacement. The job was done sooner than the estimated time I was given. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this fast and affordable service to others looking for a windshield repairs.

It took almost three weeks to get the job done after I had to call repeatedly to get an update from anyone. I received three calls in three days after the work was done to make payment. As you can see from the picture of the putty job they did, a toddler could have done a better job, and they left with shards of glass on the floor inside our house. Would not recommend.

Fast service, affordable and friendly staff!I had my windshield replaced. They got me in the day after I contacted them and completed the work that same day. I had shopped around a bit at multiple locations and it was the best price I could find and it was very affordable. The staff was very quick at responding for the quote and booking and they were very friendly when I was there to drop off/pick up my vehicle.

Hands down the absolute worst workmanship I've ever seen in my life, took my Dodge Ram here to get the passenger side mirror glass replaced as it had cracked, three months later it fell off! The truck had barely been driven, upon inspection and removing the mirror backing plate found that they did not remove any of the factory double sided tape on the mirror mounting plate which would be why the new mirror glass did not stick to it. Here's the real kicker the mirror glass was wrong and the heating element pins were at the top of the glass as opposed to the bottom from the factory so they did not line up with the backing plate hole so the wires could go through what did they do they bent the pins down stuck the glass on and taped up the heating element wires and shoved them into the mirror leaving them unplugged thus rendering the heating element inoperative. Will never take another vehicle here again!!

This weekend I called a dozen places for quotes on a windshield replacement, and budget glass came in at the cheapest by far! Somewhere else wanted to price match but originally quoted me a much higher price so I said no.On Monday afternoon I arrived and they started working on my vehicle within 5 minutes. Not only did this job only take 1 hour to do! But they also repaired some of my damaged trim on the body and glued it back for me without even saying anything.I would recommend budget to everyone I know as my experience definitely exceeded expectations.Big thanks to the team at budget glass!!!
