Another 5 star review after many satisfied years. This time it's for Philip, who resurrected my wordpress site from a continual loop of me ripping out my hair. Super fast and even went above and beyond to make additional tweaks that made my site about 300% faster.

Special thank you to Adam, Rachel and Nav for helping us with first class professionalism when we were in a bind. The support and successful resolution of my issue brought us a lot of peace of mind.

Very happy with their service. I have had my site hosted with them since 2017, I only had a problem trying to log into the client area once, but I contacted the customer service chat online and Austin was very helpful, the problem was solved within minutes. Totally recommend them.

I was hosting my websites with Canadian Web Hosting since 2010. And I am so happy with the service! They respond very fast. Recently I decided to host a new website with Godaddy. I had a virtual server. It was a big mistake. The only way Godaddy can help you is by chat or call. I wasted 4 hours with 3 different people setting up an FTP account. After I wasted another 4 hours with 2 different people for a simple SSL certificate renewal, I moved this website to Canadian Web Hosting. A similar problem is solved in 5-10 minutes via email with CWH. I highly recommend these guys.

Mediocre service at best. Could not/would not fix an ongoing email problem we had for over 3 years. Finally moved to a new hosting company and have had zero email problems since. Cancelled our service yesterday and received an email asking why we were leaving and stated that without confirmation, our server would be shut down in one week (plenty of time to move the domain to the new host). I emailed back and gave an honest review of their service over the last 8+ years and they cancelled my service THAT DAY. Now my company has no email until my new host can get it transferred. CWH is not professional and very lackadaisical with helping resolve issues. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I have been a VPS client for almost 10 years. Wonderful company with great people. No turnover in the tech support staff, I have been dealing with the same capable people since the beginning. Highly recommended.

I'm a new dedicated server client - 3 months in. From the sales process, which was spearheaded by knowledgeable people vs. just salespeople (major hat tip to Jarrod Dujmovic), to the excellent turnaround on all of my setup tickets, I'm VERY pleased with my switch to this company. This is the fourth company I've had a dedicated server with, and in my opinion, the best.

We have been their client since 2010. Never had any major issue with them until an ex-employee did some changes to our billing account and it took 32 days to sort it out. Not to mention we were not given the proper information about the procedure, otherwise the wait could be understandable. Our problem was resolved over a long phone call with Flo. She was very helpful and the problem was resolved in 30 minutes. I genuinely think they should explain their policy and procedures to their client more clearly to prevent any misunderstanding and frustration.
