At first i was not impressed because over the phone I warned them my dog is not dog friendly. I got there there is a large dog in the tub and 2 others in a small cage. But genie handled the situation professionally and she did a great job grooming Johnny the deshedding of the undercoat and cuting his nails. Very happy and will return
