Ritz Limousines

Called a few companies and Ritz by far was the most friendly and service oriented. We rented a party limo bus for a highschool graduation, driving 24 kids. Our driver was extremely punctual, friendly and very easy to work with. Now, the bus was clean, in great condition and the sound system and lighting were excellent, exactly what the kids needed to enjoy the ride. We made a stop for pictures, our driver communicated clearly how much time we had in order to make it on time for the reception. I highly recommend Ritz, I will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Ritz Limousines for my daughter's birthday! We wanted a simple pickup and drive around, with the chance to stop for a few photos. Without a real destination, I was unsure how the afternoon would go but Gary was a great driver, and kept us on time and on track to get the full use of our time.The weather was colder than expected, so we didn't take as many photos as planned, leaving us a little extra time to tour around. He chose a route that allowed us to see some things and keep the kids singing along, with opportunities to stop for more photos if we liked.Ritz sent plenty of Day Of" communications to make sure we knew they were coming and when. Gary arrived ahead of schedule

The bus was absolutely beautiful! So clean, spacious and the sound system was amazing. It was a very smooth ride and the driver Raj took us to some great spots for photos. They even upgraded us to a bus which was unexpected and super kind! We had a wonderful time! This company does need a little more organization and better communication with customers. I was called multiple times and asked the same questions and one of the phone calls was over 10 minutes long and I was already on my vacation. They also wanted the tip before we started and hounded me for it over the phone, in person, and also in a text message during our drive. All in all we had a great time and everyone was friendly but a little more organization would have been nice and not to be bugged about a tip the whole time.

Ritz was very professional and attentive. Sunny was great, punctual and engaging. I will definitely refer any friends and family to use Ritz. And Ritz will be my go to in the future. Thank you for helping us close our cruise out with a relaxing drive home.

Sunny was accommodating on a very last minute request for my daughters birthday. They were just awesome in every respect all around. Our driver was the nicest guy that you could have for a driver. I highly recommend Ritz and will be using them in the future when the time comes. Keep up the excellent service.

We hired Ritz for my nieces wedding for all transportation to / from events.Ritz was very organized, professional and on schedule. They communicated with us on a regular basis as well as returned our calls pretty much immediately.Thanks Sam.

Overall it was a good experience. Although I was expecting a black vehicle, as I was shown in previous photos, and what arrived was a white (and clearly older and well-ridden in model). Moe the driver was very pleasant and a really appreciated the text and email reminder/confirmations along the way. Thank you Ritz for a great afternoon/evening!

Amazing trip. I booked Ritz for my bachelorette and they provided great service leading up to the day and day off! Raj was our driver and made the ride the most enjoyable part!

We hired Ritz for a bachelorette party this past weekend and it was so great! We got one of their party buses and have nothing but amazing things to say! Our driver Rey, was so kind and professional. The bus itself was so nice and clean! AC worked perfect for a warm day. Rey was so punctual and even extended our ride on the way back so we could get full use of our paid time! It was just so great! 10/10!
