The repair list on my 2013 Passat TDI included: a timing belt kit, all brakes, heater core, DSG-transmission service, suspension parts, service and check the steering.The staff are competent, repairs are good..Cost was what I expected for large repair cycle items.The car runs well again. I would recommend this company for VW service.

I have been bringing my Volkswagen to Rudy & Peter Motors for eight years. They have always done it thorough job and have provided honest feedback on what needs to be repaired and what can wait.I recently had an unexpected famy emergency that required me to drive cross country and Rudy & Peter Motors were able accommodate my car last minute and do a tuneup as well as are some necessary preventative maintenance on the car. This gave me peace of mind for my long journey.I highly recommend them!

Sergei and his team are my go-to for my Beetle, a car that many other mechanics I’ve been to don’t like to work on. They are always very friendly, honest, and fast. They are always completely transparent about what work needs to be done and will always call you before hand, which I really appreciate. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic but I’m sure glad I did. Their prices are also extremely fair which is a relief!

My go to place to make sure my VW cars are taken care of. Genuine, honest and makes sure they keep you in the loop of things that need to be done. The I really appreciate the effort they take to make sure the car drives off the lot fixed and good to go. Serge and his team are wonderful!

This is my goto repair shop for my Audi Q5 diesel. Much less expensive than the dealer but uses genuine Audi parts. Will fit me into their work schedule on short notice. (Sometimes the next day for a routine service)

Best VW vans garage in BC! I had a strange sound coming from my Eurovan, tought it was a ball joint but they figure out it wasn't. Nevertheless, they were able to find a used ball joint in their inventory just in case it would have need a replacement. Excellent service as I was 5000km from home and they were able to troubleshoot my ride on the spot! Made it back home with peace of mind because of them.Excellent service, friendly and honest mechanics. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Rudy & Peters, Sergei the owner knew exactly what we needed on our Audi when it came to replacing the thermostat as there is a housing and pipe that often crack on these cars. He even showed us the old parts he took off the car and also replaced the failed bonnet strut free of charge! Recommended if you have a VW/Audi!
