Being that I work there I must say it is a very warm and welcoming ladies gym. Not just from the perspective of the coaches but also our clientele is amazing! They are inspirational in their health and wellness journeys! The club has a new owner and it has been given a new and fresh look. We invite all ladies of any age as we have clients in their 20’s and all the way to the 90’s, to come in for a free workout and see if we are the right gym for you. You won’t be disappointed.

I love curves, the instructors are very friendly and happy. The classes a so much fun. All the people that work out at curves are friendly and a lot of laughs.
