Dr. Dempsey and her assistant are wonderful. I have bad anxiety over heading to the dentist, but they really take the time to listen and make you feel as comfortable as possible. They are very accommodating & flexible when it comes to fitting you in, and the service from reception is fantastic!I’m glad to be a patient of Nova Dental and would recommend them to anyone!

I called for a last minute appointment for my stepson who is visiting from out of province and they were able to get him in and advise on an issue he'd been having. The cost was more than reasonable.

I've been going to Nova Dental for over 20 years now and they are as fantastic now as what they were back then. I always feel welcomed and all the staff are happy, upbeat and fun. My hygenist Jen is awesome, she is absolutely a wonderful person, professional and has the best sense of humor. All the staff, assistants and Dentists are top notch, kind and second to none in their respective roles. Dr. Furlong and her team are amazing.I've had a fear of the dentist from the time I was a small child but she makes my appointments reassuring and comfortable. I trust her and her dental assistant, Allison.... tremendously.Both are kind, patient, thorough and professional.Dr. Furlong just took my 81 year old Mom as one of her patients and has taken amazing care of her during her visits. Made her comfortable and at ease.Simply awesome.

Lovely staff! Have a bit of a phobia of the dentist and the staff here really make it easier for me. Definitely recommend!

The staff at Nova dental are wonderful. Ashley at the front desk is very welcoming, kind and always has a smile on her face. Hygienist Michelle is really friendly, knowledgeable, caring and made my experience there feel really comfortable making it easier to keep coming back for regular checkups (prior to this I generally felt nervous and avoided regular checkups because some hygienists are very quiet or seem like they're mad at me) I will be asking for Michelle again for future appointments. Dr Simmons is wonderful and seems to genuinely care about her patients and their wellbeing, it was my first experience with her but she still made me feel like she cared about me. I have gone to Dr porter for years who is amazing aswell but since she was on vacation I had to see a different Dr. Both are great. Keep up the great work Nova Dental :)
