He cares about each and every customer, boat & guest that comes by. They have a fantastic spot, conveniently located on the Lake Ontario. 2400 Square foot ship's store & parts department, with tons of inventory. Reiter's Marina has a protected basin with 20 SLIPS featuring EZ Dock Products. A great launch ramp & custom rigging. Great place to buy or have work done on your boat and motors. Everyone is very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. More than willing to help you out with your problems. Also reasonable prices

I bought a boat and it had a tick in the engine. I Left the boat at the end of May to try and get it fixed. They told me it would be done July 4th as there were other boats ahead of me. I called to follow up with the them throughout the process to see where they were at as they would never reach out to me for an update. July 4th hits and they still didn’t even start my boat. I continued to call and they kept telling me that it would be in by the end of the week every week for almost 2 months. I just received my boat August 24th. They charged me $1079.00 dollars for the diagnostics and fixing a bent lifter. When I showed up they had not diagnosed anything and The ticking was louder than before and they told me to run it out on the water and that it would be fine. First day out and the engine blew. We call them and all they can say is sorry with no remorse. I would not recommend these folks and would not let them touch a boat of mine due to the poor customer service and lack of fixing of my boat for over a grand.

Fishing vacation saved by the friendly staff at the marina. Pulled in with our bass boat hoping for an appointment sometime during the week, they had us back on the water in a hour! Thank you so very much!

If you need anything boat related, they have it for a fair price. Very knowledgeable staff. Bruce and Lori are great.

Bought my boat from Bruce from Reiter's. He set it up with some nice options, and I've enjoyed it since. Any and all work I've needed done, was handled promptly and after 10 years, it still runs great. I highly recommend Reiter's for sales and service.

Might be good if you buy a boat here but do NOT expect any assistance if you purchased somewhere else. They did not even bother to answer my email about a leak in my 2019 Starcraft. BUT this is my experience with 3 other Starcraft dealers so next boat will be a Lund!
