Jason did some custom carpentry for me and replaced some internal doors. His work was to a very high standard, he worked on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and replaced a door without any question that had a slight flaw in it. In the design phase of the custom carpentry he made a fantastic suggestion that I opted to go with. He was timely, responded to all my texts and was a pleasure to do business with.

Jason finished our basement, built our garage, and put our deck. Quality is excellent and everything was on time and on budget. Highly recommend for any renovation or building needs.

I contracted Daley Construction to do a deck renovation consisting of deck teardown, preservation of deck roof and an additional lower level around my hot tub that doubled the size of my deck. I received 5 quotes for the job, Daley Construction came in middle of the pack. The decision was made to go with Jason upon first consultation where he displayed professionalism and honesty as we talked through our designs for the lower level. The job was done on time, on budget and the work site was kept tidy at the end of every day. All permits and inspections were handled. Two tone Trex decking and Daley Construction have rejuvenated our back yard. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the finished product and will be referring friends and family to Jason for any projects they may have in the future. Thanks again Jason.

Hired Jason to build stairs from main floor deck to backyard. Quote was fair, work was completed in a VERY timely and professional manner, Jason came up with some great solutions for a couple of things that could have potentially been kinks, and I am BEYOND thrilled with the final product. He also fixed a gate for me and made it easier to manage…just because he can..and more importantly, he cares about his clients. It makes me wish I had more work for him to do! I would definately recommend Jason in a heartbeat! DO NOT look for other contractors…Jason, and Daley Construction is the ONLY one you need. Thanks tons, Jason!

This guy is absolutely a pleasure to deal with and he is such a hard working person!I'm using my garage for other stuff and not parking my car and needed it to stay warm.He came over, answered all my crazy questions, gave me options, had so much great knowledge and all that with a smile on his face and great professional attitude.I had so many people worked on that garage before, and I can say that no one before him had such amazing work ethic.No playing around, no gray areas about what will be done.He left the place super clean, you can't even tell that someone was working in the area (last people left screws, wood pieces and so much more).In great customer service it's the small things that matter, like arriving on time, have knowledge, being upfront, and most importantly going above and beyond. Jason checks all this out.So if you're in need of a basement, deck or other construction works done, I can't recommend Jason enough!

I had a great experience contracting Jason and Daley Construction to build a large pergola over my existing deck. Jason was committed and available over the period chosen to do the work. He took care of all the permits with the city and delivered a great end product. I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly call him again for other types of renovation work.

I hired Jason to complete my backyard landscaping that consisted of multiple jobs. This included a fence, 3 gates (including a rolling gate across my rear parking pad), installing decorative stone, sod, tree and building a shed for my backyard. He also made some small home improvements inside and outside my home and was able to troubleshoot some areas that needed problem-solving. Jason completed all these jobs with care, attention to detail and in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and reasonable price. Jason is a very reliable contractor that cares about his customers and will get the job done the way you want it. I would hire him again for any future jobs. The quote we received from Jason was very reasonable and as we also had been given a recommendation, we proceeded to hire Jason for a full back yard demo and rebuild. He reinforced an existing and unsafe walk out deck and replaced two old deck areas with a huge wooden deck and a paved patio and path. He also installed a vinyl pergola and privacy screen which finishes the garden beautifully! He repaired underground sprinkler lines that got damaged during the demo process and coordinated with other contractors for the grading, electrical work and turfing of the finished area. He is very knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and is an excellent craftsman. We do not hesitate in recommending Jason and would certainly hire him again for future planned renovations.

I have a very old home with slats and a bit of sawdust for insulation. He removed the drywall and inside slats so I could spray foam the exterior wall. Also had part of the floor removed so this could be insulated. He was timely, not over budget and was very professional. Jason is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a lot! Would recommend Daley Construction in Airdrie and will be using him again. A huge shout out to him and Ken the drywaller from Michael Angelo of Mud.

We hired Jason to build a garage, landscape the back yard, pour sidewalk, and renovate a bathroom and bedroom in the residence. All the work was well done. I would recommend him as a very competent craftsman.
