I walked in I made my appointments I came back the following day no hitch nothing everything was fine they took me in did the ultimate sound when I was done I left no problem at all

I had an ultrasound done on my neck on August 1, 2022. The technician was not thorough. She spent a lot of time on my right neck until I told her that the big nodule was on my left neck. Based on my experience, she did not do her job well.When the result came, the left nodule was not indicated on the ultrasound report. My Dr. followed up a few times for the Dr. at GDI to examine the result again. Only after my doctor followed up, showed that I have a bigger nodule on my left neck. How can such result be missed? I am very frustrated with whoever the Dr. who interpreted the result. This is not a mistake, it was an obvious malpractice. I do not recommend this place to anybody if you are concern about your health.This needs to be dealt with by GDI's management. You are putting patients in danger.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Lady at the reception was very welcoming but the technician for ultrasound scan was extremely rude, can't imagine such people still exist in medical industry. Never experienced before at any other location. Never recommended. God bless you if still willing to visit for an ultrasound.

Do not call because they do not accept you if you do not use their doctor. Never heard of this before so don’t take the trouble as they are rude too

I would give zero stars if I could. The worst experience to see any healthcare professional for the past 20 years. The ultrasound technician doesn't care about anything at all. Please do me a favor next time check the recommendation and review before coming to this bottom rated place. Disgusting human interaction!

All these -ve reviews for this place really surprised me after I went there for my scan. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The Sonographer was very professional and knowledgeable. I was called in at the appointment time , no long waiting at all.

Staff booked appointment for tests that they don’t do and wasted half of our day. Not coming here again for sure

I went there after hard trial to have an appointment with swollen super painful foot injury The report went to my physician having nothing but tendon inflammation and arthritis!!! With the pain, I went to emergency same day they did another XRay and US and Surprise! fracture and tear!!! I Don't know what to say. I was kept at hospital.they deserve no stars at all. Went in for a growth scan at 29 weeks pregnant due to having covid at 18 weeks gestation, on Jan 4, 2023 @ 230 pm. The tech was MISERABLE and entirely rude. She told me to stop breathing so deeply which is laughable when you're 29 weeks pregnant. She also allowed my mom to come in the room, who was visiting from out of province, for 30 seconds and told her to be quiet when my mom commented on how cute she was.I'll never return to this location and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone else either!The rooms are small and cramped and not particularly clean, either.
