Benchmark Roofing just replaced our shingles at the end of August, and they were absolutely fabulous. They did great work and were very professional and quick. While they were removing the old shingles, there wasn't much for debris, but they had someone on the ground who was on constant clean up duty to ensure our yard and driveway was kept very clean - impressive! I appreciated that they were careful with our dogs to ensure they were checking often with magnets for runaway nails, and as well, they were mindful to always latch the gate properly when going from the front to the back. Our roof looks amazing!! I highly recommend them! Excellent pricing, as well. Thank you, Brad, Chad, and crew.

We hired Benchmark to replace our shingles. They completed the work in half a day, charged a reasonable rate, and left our yard extremely clean. All the team members I dealt with were professional and friendly; It felt like the whole crew was putting a real effort into doing a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shingle replacement.

Brad and his crew have worked on my home twice now and each time I have been thoroughly impressed. Benchmark has given me a truly exceptional experience. Brad was very quick to get me a quote that was detailed, professional and competitively priced. They came to the house bright and early and within 5hrs they were finished. They scowered my yard and the surrounding yards for any garbage that may have blown away (and there wasn't much as they clean up as they work). The quality of workmanship was excellent. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Brad and his team. Brad was prompt when I asked him to come give me a quote and he took the time to explain a few things to me. On the day the work was done his team showed up when they said they would and were done on time as well. The entire team was friendly and they did a great job cleaning up the yard. Just hired Benchmark Contracting Corp. to replace our soffits/fascia. We repeatedly saw their company recommended online on local forums and had them quote. Not only was the quote reasonably priced, we truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Owner is professional, polite and personable. His crew is the same. They showed up when they said they would and on a +36C day but that didn’t slow them down one bit. They paid excellent attention to the surrounding area - items like flower pots and patio chairs were moved to a safe location, ensuring nothing was in harms way. Afterwards they returned everything exactly where it was and were very thorough with their clean-up - which was appreciated as a mom with little boys who are constantly in bare feet. Great communication with the owner and his crew if there were ever any questions on either of our ends. The owner informed us that whomever had previously shingled our house had skipped an important step/piece and he rectified it himself. We always experienced leaks during rainfalls so we were appreciative that he pointed out the issue. Their quality of work was superb - owner was on the tools as much as the rest of the crew. Can tell he has high expectations of everyone and he demonstrates it himself. Our shingles were replaced just before we purchased our home but when the time comes to do them again, Benchmark will be our one and only call. Learning from experience, we will book them well in advance as we know thru word of mouth that they are extremely sought-after in YXE. Great reputation in the city for their work and now we personally know why.

We had Benchmark out June 2021 to replace our roof, soffits, fascia and eavestroughs.They showed up with a group of 10 workers at the crack of dawn and had the work done by 5 pm. They left the yard in immaculate condition and other than the new roof, you never would have known they had been there.Brad was great to work with and answered all of our questions, even the silly ones, professionally and patiently.I would hands down recommend Benchmark to anyone looking towards having roof work done and we would not hesitate to contact them, knock on wood, if we need more roof work completed in the future.
