Avoid this place if you want to purchase a trailer. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. We drove 3 hours for our appointment at 8:30 am and left there at 10:30 because the trailer was not ready or inspected. We bought a brand new trailer hitch and ball to fit the new one and we ended up dropping the trailer on the road 10 minutes after we left because they gave us the wrong size for the ball.Finally we made it home and we inspected the trailer to find out that they put 85psi of air in the tires that need 50psi. Very unsafe , we would not recommend this place they don’t seem to know what their product is.

I recently purchased a 33' Travel trailer, it was 100% worth it to drive to VR Thetford and put my trust with them.I have had nothing but professional service and understanding from everyone at VR Thetford. If you are buying any RV or recreational vehicles, only purchase from them, you will not regret it.

On me lève la tente roulotte a la livraison pour me la montrer... Un coup la visite fait organise toi pour la piner avec le toit lever... Seul hic, on me la livre sans batterie et la barre manuel qui viens avec fit pas avec le système du toit... Aucun moyen de redescendre le toit sans leur acheter une batterie ou me trouver un kit de box qui fit... Ya fallu sostiner longtemps pour finalement avoir une batterie usagé... On me la livre sans le poêle qui etait dedans a lachat.. on me dit qui marchait pu et on me donne une bbq ( bouilloire de son surnom) a place... Je demande un poele, on me dit que c'est en commande et quon va me rappeler... On est deux ans plus tard et toujours pas nouvelle...Les joint on supposément été fait pré achat... Ils était effectivement fait mais ,Les joint était ouvert de partout. Méchant pas bon qui les as fait...
