I had a great experience shopping here. It was all the salesman's (Marcus) doing. He was extra helpful Extra patient and Extra in general. I should only thank him because he was working by himself. Apparently he works by himself all day. THANK YOU MARCUS! Also i was very satisfied with the quality of the suit jacket i bought! Cheers

Worst customer service I've had. Went there to find a suit for my fiance. Was being helped by a man, medium build, long hair, can't remember his name. The size/cut my fiance was trying on wasn't fitting very well in the waist, it was too large while the shoulders were fine. The sales assistant kept saying we would need to get it tailored, he recommends that for everyone. I said that our goal is not to spend a lot of money on a suit and more money on tailoring, and that he had tried on suits that fit a lot better than that one. I said that in a very nice manner, to which he very rudely replies: Well we don't have it." I handed him the suit and left. I would NEVER shop there or recommend this place again. Not in a million years would I say that to a customer.Edit: We ended up finding a perfectly fitting suit for him that same day at Le Chateau

Had an wonderful experience at Tip Top Tailors at Tsawwassen mills as I visited there yesterday in order to purchase some formal stuff . Amrit and Harpreet there were so cooperative and friendly as they helped me to find the best fits. Should visit there if looking for good formal stuff.

Awesome customer service by Selwyn and Harpreet! The ladies were very attentive and made our suit shopping experience fun and stress-free. It’s a bit pricey for the quality, but more affordable than similar retailers

Great customer service. Only one person working and he was multitasking with multiple customers able to provide good help to everyone. Even made a clever suggestion for the shirt I was looking for. Thanks for your help today!

Horrible customer experience with this store. I visited the store today with my fiancé to look for a suit & tuxedo for our upcoming wedding. And we actually liked some of the models we saw and wanted to try in the fitting room. Then “he” not sure he was a manager or an employee came over and said that instead of trying everything, let me measure your size and get you want you want which was fair to say that but not with the uncomfortable tone. While he was measuring my size, other two employees were staring at me for minutes which also made me extremely uncomfortable. Then he started cleaning up the fitting room while I was still in the process of trying some other stuff and i couldn’t resist saying that “is it really necessary to clean the room right now as I’m still trying some stuff?” He then turned back to me and said “I have to clean it anyway and this is the customer service we provide to our clients” which was very odd. He or they should start cleaning up as soon as the client is left the fitting room not while their stuff is in it. I will never ever visit that store again. He doesn’t deserve what he does at that store.

I would have loved to put this establishment at a higher rating but I do not tolerate anyone disrespecting family members or treating them terribly especially because they are from another country and have a language barrier. The worker in question was correcting my 70 year old grandmother on her English when he already understood the question. He then disrespected both my grandparents by having a rude and loud tone because they didnt know where to put the clothes that were tried on so they put it in an area so the worker can out it on a hangar. He went ahead and said after he threw them onto the counter when we were checking out and we said we only want the shirt he said I know you dont want it

Good selections, questionable customer service. Was asked to make a cancer donation so I told the gentleman to round my total up. Upon making a return I learned he rounded me up $6… who does that? Was not offered a refund after calling him out for his con tactic so I can only hope the donation is legitimate.

My partner and I came in today and he was needing a suit for a sad family event since his body shape had changed. A sales representative by the name of Pedrom helped us. He was outstanding! We felt like distinguished guests and he treated us with the utmost hospitality and care. My partner ended up buying 8 different pieces because we were supported by someone with style and knowledge. We drove in from Port Coquitlam because Tsawwassen Mills has a diverse amount of stores and we would drive 45 minutes just to see him again if the needs arose. He is worth the trip! We will be back to Tip Top solely due to our experience with Pedrom. We learned that he is the store manager.

I will never ever recommend Tip Top Tailors to anyone. My husband and I had the worst experience with the wedding parties suits at this location. We got married in June 2018, the groomsmen and the groom went in for measurements and to order the suits 3 months before our wedding. Two weeks before our big day we called the store asking if the suits have come in yet, they said they don't come in a few days before the wedding. We then called in again a week before the wedding and they assured us that they would be in. A few days before the wedding we went into the store for the men to try on their suits and some of them were missing, some showed up in the wrong colour all of them were the wrong sizes and it was a mess. They had lost the best man's measurements and had never even ordered his suit, one of the suits was mismatched with navy pants, they did not order the suit jacket for my husband. To think that the manager was the one who originally helped them with their measurements and their order... The day before the wedding was stressful as they had to re-measure and ended up having to hire in a tailor to do the alternations that evening. In the end, my husband's suit was a completely different colour then the rest of the groom's party, our best man was wearing the grooms original pants that were so tight if he bent over the pants would have split down the back. I was 100% not impressed with the customer service we received and do not recommend this location or any Tip Top Location to anyone. I work in the wedding industry and I always tell people to avoid Tip Top like the plague.
