We were extremely pleased with Josh and his crew. They came to assess the damage immediately, found the problem quickly and called in a plumbing company to do the repair work; which was done the next day. They were courteous and allayed our fears regarding what we thought might be mold. I would highly recommend them.

They do a great job. They were able to come out quickly even though it wasn’t an emergency. They were personable and friendly and they did a great job.Not only that but the prices were reasonable.Generally when someone says “it’ll be between this price and this price” I assume it’s going to end up being on the higher end, but it ended up being on the lower range which was great.Hopefully you don’t need home restoration but if you do, I recommend Restoration 1

I had a flooded basement. From the moment I gave them a call, Josh was very responsive and informative. When I met Josh and his team, they’ve walked through the site with me to thoroughly explain next steps and advise me on what should be happening to clean up the mess— and was kind enough to provide me with a service that would have been charged most likely by other companies. Even though their full service wasn’t used due to personal circumstances, they were very professional compared to the few companies I’d talked to by this time and seemed like the one company that was able to understand and empathize with the distress that condo owners might be in. If you want to work with a team that is attentive, takes quick action and has lots of information, I would strongly recommend this company (Josh and his team). If I have future issues with a flooded basement I will happily reach out to them for their service and expertise.

We went away for Christmas Holidays and came home to a flood, so we Googled Restoration Contractors and I am so glad Restoration 1 was at the top of the list. From the first meeting to the final follow-up, the guys at Restoration 1 were prompt, professional and courteous. The communications were professional and the technicians who attended the site were knowledgeable and sensitive in dealing with our personal effects.I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone faced with the misfortune of dealing with a disaster.A+++

We had Josh out to assess the damage and provide an estimate after a bathroom leak that caused damage on our downstairs bathroom. Josh was knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions. We had acted quickly after the leak with getting fans/ airflow where it needed to go, and he determined things had dried out well and mold had not grown. Though there is normally a fee to come out and assess, Josh did not invoice us and reassured us that due to our action this was now a relatively simple drywalling project we could seek a contractor/ qualified handyman for. As first time home owners who have had many unexpected expenses come up, we very much appreciated his candor. If we have any water damage issues come up on the future, his company will be our first call.

Kyle came by to assess moisture in my window frame from a leak. He was professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He definitely knows his line of work. I feel confidant to contact restoration1 , if I need to use them for any remediation issues in the future.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of a flood in our basement. As stressful as that experience was, I was also not looking forward to the process of finding a company to do the clean up and the rebuild of our secondary family space. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and professional the process ended up being, but I guess that is because I called Restoration One of London.
