The worst experience. Fake reviews. Prices all over. No proper written estimate ahead of the job. Just surprises. When the owner says don't worry then you worry.

Unprofessional and dishonest. We had a very unpleasant experience with curtain gallery. 1. Unpunctual! Ali and his employee did not come to install the curtain at the expected time! We had even always asked and confirmed time with them. However, they didn’t show at our place multiple time when they were supposed to come. No notification of any time change ahead. Wasting our time! 2. Wrong measurements! The tracks are not in a line, they were not straight at all. But they blamed on our wall. Common sense: the wall might not be straight, but we can refer the window. The track should be parallel to the window. They kept drilling holes, and covering, and drill another hole again! Now we have to fix our ceiling holes! 3. Terrible Curtains Technology! We agreed two times of fabric and double pleated. I even sent a lot of samples to him to confirm that! He said “don’t worry”! But surprisingly he brought the curtains that did not have any pleat. Width and length are totally incorrect! It just looked like a pieces of fabric with some random stitching! The distance between each hook is not the same! I never saw this curtain in my life! He asked us for a second chance. He kept apologizing and promising! We agreed as we considered his cost. We thought he should be able to fix them! 4. Dishonesty! After he took the curtains back, he said he would use new fabric to redo it and would come after two days! Of course, he didn’t! We started to call him again and again! Finally a week later, he came, but with the exactly same pieces of curtains! We realized he lied to us! He did not use new fabric and didn’t fix them at all! I said this is not what we asked for, and Ali said he didn’t want to waste time so he would give us a refund after two days. He took back tracks and curtains! Of course, he didn’t give us refund two days later! He didn’t pick up the phone! Four days later, we text him we would seek help from government and he sent his partner called us to offer part of refund. And of course they didn’t give us refund at the time they promised! So we called again, Ali did not want to give us a refund and offered selling us that curtain for $300! We refused! And got part of deposit back! But we still lost the money. They argued the cost of making curtains and their gas fee and time! Lol! And as a customer, I invest time, effort and money too. When the business doesn’t do what we agreed on, he breaks the agreement first. The customer should not be responsible for the business cost. Anyway, Now we have to fix the ceiling.
