Good food but very slow serbice. We had to keep asking for drinks and the place was almost empty

Just was in for wing night, and it wasn’t incredibly busy. However our table still had to wait over an hour and a half to finally get our food. Then I also did not even have my food prepared when the rest of the table all had theirs brought out. We were barely checked on, and when we were, the service was subpar at best. Then when it was time to pay, I almost got double charged by the same server. Did not get the name of the server, but she had a neck tattoo. She was very unprofessional and swore multiple times and was getting snippy at us when we called her out for doubling our meal’s price. Atmosphere was ok enough, the food was about a 6/10 collectively from our whole table, and service from what I just stated would be zero stars if I could give zero. If I were management, I would look at the performance of the female server with a neck tattoo…

Pourhouse Bar & Grill
This place used to have a pool table but I think it took up took up too much room. The table was old anyways. With a bit of a slant too it. Overall though it's a great little bar.

The Pourhouse gets 4* on all the items (Food, Service, Atmosphere), but together, they combine to make this the 5* place that keeps us coming back for after work beers, a quick lunch as a couple or with friends on the weekend.

I'd give 0 stars if i could. Went there for my birthday & Marcya wouldn't let us be served simply because she didn't like my friend. The unprofessionalism and personal bias should not be brought into the workplace. If a manager was present the entire situation could have been avoided.**edit No. Lol. 0 stars to the staff that act unprofessional in the workplace. They did absolutely nothing to be banned other than personal bias ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The food was good, our waitress was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. All three of us enjoyed our meals.
