Not only did the photographer not tell anyone that my kindergarten had a LARGE booger hanging out but they hid the fact it was there in the proofs and when I ordered the actual pictures I was in for a surprise! When I called to complain they said they would edit the nostril and they did not now I have two full picture packages that are unusable for my daughters first year of school. Honestly take your kids where the photographer cares about the pictures outcome, clearly this photographer was rushed and noone in thr process caught on. When I spoke to customer service the first time he seemed shocked that it would even be mailed without informing me. -5 stars. How disappointing. Do better

Photographer very slow and focus of the wrong things in my class picture my mouth is wide open apparently that was good enough to print and send home to all my students.

More than one month in advance I called to book my grad photos and got several confirmation emails. When arrived to the place I was told that the photos are taken in different place - city this day. No apologies. Just was asked to rebook for the next month. Terrible service. Very dissapointed.

The last 2 years I have received awful school portraits of my children. This year, when having grade 8 grad photos done, the photographer was on the phone with her mother during my daughter's whole shoot. The pictures and the fact that she knew it was her mother is quite outrageous. I wish our schools would pick a different company to capture these treasured memories.

They didn’t even answer the phone last 2 times I needed a ride

The quality of the photos is there with many backgrounds to choose from, some aren't so great as the angle and lighting just doesn't work, so just don't choose them. The pictures came home from school all bent and creased, called the 1-800 number and without question or hesitation, they are sending a new copy to my house, was a quick, friendly and great customer experience.As per any school pictures, a little over priced, and the website is a bit clunky (would be great to see the actual backgrounds I picked in the order history), but non the less a good experience.

It's very bad service. Every year my kids have a Picture Day and they haven't photos with classmates. It's very bad photograph. Not recommended

My school had our graduation photos taken today by 2 women from lifetouch and I was the last student before their lunch break. They sped through the photos as fast as they could and when I asked to see them the woman who was taking them just said “I already submitted them”. This is the one school photo that I value as it’s my final year and I wanted to make sure that I liked the photos… It really felt like they didn’t value me or their job. Now if I don’t like my photos then I have to go back and pay to have them retaken

Very bad service. Order is missing 1 while picture and magnets are all missing. Can't contact from Dec 24 to 30th not very convenient.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to the local life touch location. I've been trying for two weeks... horrible customer service. *still trying and nothing. Leaving messages and they wont contact me.
