I will never go here again.I came here a few years ago because I was having an allergic reaction to a new acne treatment I was trying. My face was red, itchy, and swollen. The doctor took one look at my face and told me there was nothing wrong with me and he didn't see any swelling. I thought maybe I waited so long that the swelling calmed down. When I got into my car and looked in the mirror, my face was definitely still swollen. I got home and my family confirmed with me that my face was definitely swollen. I am very concerned that a doctor wouldn't notice an allergic reaction and would dismiss me like I was the crazy one.

My son cut his leg quite deeply. We arrived at 3:30pm and we were seen in less than 15 minutes by a nurse assessed who cleaned and bandaged the wound. Told us to come back a few hours later for stitches. No waiting when we came back, we were seen right away. My son has a needle phobia and these were his first stitches. The doctor was very patient with him while freezing and stitching. Was so much better than waiting for hours and hours in an ER waiting room.

Just terrible. They have only one “intake nurse” tending to the entire crowd in the waiting room. Then a doctor will call you later in the evening…WTF? It is NOT first come first serve…so a lady waltzes in with a pre-scheduled appointment! And of course she was called ahead of me after I had already been there two hours! 4 people were called ahead of me! You can expect a VERY long wait in this hot, stinky place. No water. Difficult to access washroom. Why bother even opening only to put people through this torture?

We are so grateful to the team at this facility! We took our baby in with a fever and a bad cold that had been going on for some time. Everyone, from the admin person at the reception, the nurse practitioner who did the initial assessment and the doctor who saw us, was so patient and listened to our concerns in a compassionate manner. The doctor did a thorough exam and took some samples for testing as well. The total time it took for us was around 1.5 hrs. Thank you so much, Team Surrey-Newton Urgent Care, for your support to the community!

Waited for half an hour for our turn to speak with the receptionist outside the care. When finally they let us in around 1pm, upon letting them know that we are here for our son stomach pain issue, they said we sre full till 9 pm already. My only reason to give this review is if they are full then why not they put a note outside and should not asked us to wait for our turn to speak with receptionist. Obviously its a clinic and we were there for treatment, not to just discuss with receptionist. They then directed us to look for other clinic.

Waited 3 1/2 hours only to be told the Doctor has left. I needed a simple prescription and my family Doctor was on vacation. Then sent to Satelite clinic where I waited another 1 1/2 hours. This system is not working!!!

I have read through the comments section and unfortunately, I must agree with others who have had negative experiences at this clinic. The receptionists have been unprofessional and non-responsive, and on my most recent attempt to contact the clinic, I had to make multiple phone calls before they answered. After being asked to hold on, I was ultimately disconnected. The receptionists at this clinic also have repeatedly failed to follow up on my requests despite initially agreeing to do so.I hope these reviews will encourage the clinic management to make improvements for better patient experiences in the future.

This place says it’s urgent care and opens until 9 pm, but when you come in for the appointment always they have to say that it’s fully booked. It should be on the website they accept appointment only for a certain period of time not after, it’s misleading n frustrating. wait time is same like ER, I came in a hope to get a urgent n quick response to my medical queries..but this place is not that.

They accept walk-ins.They don't serve on first come first serve basis and we don't understand on what basis do they determine the priority. Came at 9am and have been waiting till past noon just to hear from them that 'we're unable to provide a wait time as the nurse prioritizes the intake depending on urgency '. Whereas the nurse initially said there are 7 people before us, and already more than 12 people went in before us and we didn't see anyone not being able to breathe or walk. If so, they would have gone to ER! Didn't know a cold was a priority in Canada! And another weird policy is they don't register a patient unless the patient is here.

My husband and I have been to this clinic so many times. Adeline and Erin really help us to address any health issue we have. We always feel that we are not being rush and they take their time to talk to us and educate us for any health issue we have. We liked that our consultation time is about 30 minutes or more. They are very caring and kind professional Nurse Practitioner. We always feel comfortable to talk to them our health issue. The place is also very clean and most of the staff are very approachable and helpful. We hope that this clinic will continue to provide good service.
