Unreal! Our vehicle looks brand new again. Having a dog that sheds is always a thorn for us but not after this! Time and attention to detail is taken during this service. WORTH the wait to get the job done, not just a quick wash and price was competitive. SUPPORT LOCAL :)

Fantastic experience!We called on a Thursday morning & due to a last minute cancellation, we were able to get in same day!Our car went from cupcake icing stains & embedded dirt - to absolutely immaculate. Super happy with how my vehicle came out. My leather seats were in rough shape from my dog and they were able to get them looking brand new again. Really good attention to detail and for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend black diamond.

Brought in our SUV that has been through 12 years, five kids and countless dump runs. Got it back in under a day from Black Diamond -- cleaner than it's been in forever, smelling great (you'd never know how many times kids had gotten carsick!) and even all the really difficult nooks and crannies back in the third row were spotless! It was a last-minute booking and Dylan even took special care to have it done exactly at the time I needed it back. Top notch!

Fantastic experience!I arranged to have my mother's car cleaned for her birthday. They came and picked it up when they said they would and let me know that they would have it a little longer due to all the dog hair. My mother loved it and would like to make it an annual event! I was a little worried when I booked with them because I'm a province away and I only had online reviews to go on. I highly recommend Black Diamond, you won't be disappointed.

I couldn't be happier with the way my car turned out! I let them know that I was cleaning it to sell the vehicle and they went above and beyond to have this car sale ready. They got all the dog hair out of the seats and in the door storage (VW things...), washed the engine bay and helped me collect all my personal belongings. All for a great price. I would highly recommend this family owned business and I will be returning when my new vehicle needs some love. Thank you

My car was the dirtiest and shaggiest car in Kelowna, without a doubt. Within a few hours my car looked brand new!! There was not one dog hair or spot of dust. It was cleaned and smelled fresh and was perfect. Dylan and his team are amazing. I am moving to a monthly service with Black Diamond Detailing because they are the very best and it gives me such pride to be in an emaculate vehicle. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Got my new (to me) Golf detailed with Black Diamond before Christmas and they did an excellent job! There were some impressive stains in the seats that they were able to remove, and they got all of the pet hair out. Will definitely be bringing my partner's car in once the snow melts.

I am not normally one to leave reviews, but Dylan and his wife are absolutely amazing. They went way above and beyond what was expected to get both of my vehicles detailed in what was a slightly comical but challenging situation. The end result of Dylan's work was stunning, and the attention to detail meticulous. Black Diamond Detailing
I've been using my 2014 ram 1500 for work and it had gotten pretty bad from road trips. Took it in to black diamond detailing and could not believe the results. I have never seen my truck look that good. Dylan did an amazing job. I live on the coast and will gladly make the trip to Kelowna just to go to Black Diamond.Thanks for the beautiful work.
