Was referred to Mike and his company by a satisfied friend. My 96 year old mother needed a new toilet -not an emergency as she had a second one in her apartment. Expected a three week wait but arrangements were made for 6 days out.! Impact bought a replacement for her short toilet based on specs provided and Paul from the company showed up right on time. As my mum lives on her own in an apartment she was a bit worried meeting a stranger but Paul put her at ease right away. Work was complete in a little bit over and hour and the water was turned back on in the apartment right away ( a faulty tap connected to the toilet also had to be replaced). Work area left spotless and charge was as agreed. My mum was going to recommend her building use Mike and his team for their needs going forward and as of now he is my plumber too! Very impressed. My wife and I planned a bathroom renovation and I asked Mike at Impact if they could do the plumbing rough in and fixtures. Mike was quick to communicate and up front about availability. Paul did the rough in for new vanity sink, toilet repair flange, shower to tub/shower combo and new tub. They recommend I purchase new 2x4s to save a few dollars which I did. They made recommendations on which products to use and were always professional and on time. After a few delays during the renovations and having to reschedule with Impact, Paul had no issues returning to finish the job. I would use Impact again and highly recommend them.

Impact Plumbing repaired 4 plumbing problems in my condo. All in a couple of hours. Zac did the work. Zac was very careful and thorough explaining options for each repair. He was very personable, and quick and efficient in getting the work done. Very satisfied with his work.

Impact did some plumbing and underground sprinkler work for my residence. Mike was professional and he made sure the job was completely to my satisfaction. Paul's work was clean and efficient. I would not hesitate to rehire or recommend Impact.

Mike and Zach from Impact Plumbing replaced an old electric water tank with an on demand water heater by Navien. They also installed a water pressure reducing valve and replaced some dodgy piping. I could not be more pleased with the result and the service that Mike and Zach provided. I got a couple of other quotes for the job and they came in the cheapest too, so great value. Highly recommended!!

Mike & Zack from Impact Plumbing responded promptly to a request for service due to a leak in my laundry room. They were kind, professional and efficient with diagnosing and repairing the plumbing issue. I felt confident in the service I received, happy with the information that was conveyed to me and also felt safe as a single female being alone in my home while the work was being performed. Very grateful and happy with the outcome and I will definitely recommend them to family, friends and co-workers.

Mike was easy to reach and was able to send someone over the same day. Zach was personable, conscientious, and worked really hard to try to resolve our issue. Even though he wasn't successful, he was able to recommend someone who specialized in the issue. Pricing was very fair and I wouldn't hesitate to call Impact again for any future plumbing needs!

Mike and Paul from Impact Plumbing have been fantastic to deal with. They worked out a difficult Bathtub install from start to finish and they warrantied their work and came back 8 months later to repair a faulty manufactures defect (I bought the tub and faucet myself... my mistake). I would highly recommend them and will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Excellent work and excellent service.
