Schedule guy was called 5 times never responded also asked me to change one time made a permanent change (doesn’t pay to try and be helpful)The lovely girl that comes is worked off her feet as they can’t get workers

the name should be the I don't care partners" - they were engaged to send PSW service to my 99 year old mother at the Regency Residence in Lakefield - we saw one - once from Dec 21st to present day .....Jan 12 2022 / my sister contacted them locally several times - they lie - they say service was provided - we know better .....Covid is a big problem for employers everywhere - we acknowledge that - particularly in the health care sector - that is noted for sure . however

Could not fill 2hrs/week for my dying parent. Disgraceful.

I am very disappointed with the organization this agency provides for people in their homes they decide when to schedule people they decide what times .They don't consider the clients needs like having a shower one day week because they can't do proper scheduling or taking psw's out of the home and replacing them with less qualified girls.My son has been with care partners for 3 years and honestly it's been nothing but problems.They are not a very organized place of business when people count on them to send people into there homes trust is a big deal with some clients.Wheres the compassion and empathy gone.

Please if you're considering this company save you and your family the frustration and grief and look elsewhere. Just this week alone we've had 2 no shows but BLESS their hearts they called 10 minutes before they were to start.More frustration over and over but they don't seem to care.I could go on and on but if you love you're family pls don't expose them to this treatment and look elsewhere. Good luck with your search.

This is probably one of the worst companies to deal withNot only do they treat their staff horribly but they also really dont care for the people they are providing services to .Scheduling is a nightmare. And getting a hold of someone is impossible

Regularly cancels or no-shows when booked to come in. Not dependable to come when booked is a weekly problem. We have no choice but to accept their shoddy service. Families providing palliative care in their own homes should not be supported this way, an obvious lack of oversight of a government funded service.
