Fantastic service, knowledge and attentiveness to details. My business partner and I picked up some new phones and plans on Friday. We were helped by Akash who was incredibly helpful, friendly and understanding!

I popped into a Bell store to adjust a setting on my new iPhone 14 and even though I’m not a Bell subscriber the fellow that helped me was more than accommodating. It was at the uptown Victoria location and his name was Harpreet

came in today and was served by Kesandra she was extremely nice and polite and answered all the questions I had. she found the best plan available for my phone, she definitely knew what she was doing and isn't like some other phone providers who just try and get your money. would 100% recommend going to her for your data plans. she knows a lot about what she is doing. for sure will be returning for the outstanding customer service

I was referred to Mehak the store manager by a colleague from work and when I got there he was so eager to help me with the transfer from my Android phone to new Apple phone. This process was by no means easy as I had lots of data, photos, and contacts to transfer. Things didn’t go as planned and he took the time to figure things out for me and what should have took 30mins took 2 hours. He was kind, caring and very patient with the whole process. If I opened a business I wouldn’t hesitate for one minute to trust him with the keys to my business. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I actually liked him so much I’m switching my Rogers account to Bell.What an amazing experience!I will be sending all my friends, family and colleagues to see him.Thank you Mahek!!!!!

I brought my very elderly father here because his cell phone stopped working. Akash Nanda at this store was incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did he solve my father’s cell phone issues, quickly and easily getting him into a lower price plan with a free new phone, but he was very accommodating and understanding about my fathers age and health related issues as well. I’d give him more than five stars if I could.
