If you're in Jasper, you must definitely try the mountain biking tour. I booked it through expedia and the tour booking experience was seamless. My girlfriend and I loved the tour so much that we are going to get our own bikes next summer. Thank you Elissa for introducing us to this sport and making it a memorable experience.

Journey Bike Guides was amazing to work with and provided a GREAT Unique experience in Jasper, It was a highlight of the trip. To be able to go biking in the Rocky Mountains was spectacular. We arranged a group booking within 24 hours and they accommodated everything quickly and professionally, the Guide was great with all the guests and could accommodate all levels on one tour. It is a must do activity in JASPER, Alberta to see amazing scenery in nature!

The perfect Jasper activity! The guide was amazing and knows all the best places, the best views. The trails are absolutely beautiful as we crossed over rivers and meandered through forests, we even spotted a group of elk and a deer! Lots of fun for the whole family and it was great having a guide with us, who had helpful tips on our bikes, taught us a lot about the park, and took us to the best places! Highly recommend.

We rented mountain bikes here while we were in Jasper. They had great service and communication! They dropped our bikes off at our campsite on the specified time. One of the bikes had an issue during the day and within 15 mins they had dropped off a new one and we could continue on. At the end of the day they came and picked up our bikes at the campsite again. Would definitely recommend them!

We had a ride with Elissa. Excellent guide provided a tour with both scenic and excitement. We didn't have mountain biking experience, so she adjusted the route for our level. This is the best alternative choice rather than hiking in Jasper.

Had a fantastic guided ride last week through the trails outside Jasper and loved every minute. Elissa was very professional, on time, and knowledgable of the area. Given the pandemic, she had safety top of mind and ensured we were complying with local mask bylaws where necessary.The trails she had mapped out were a perfect match to my skillset and she constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Journey Bike Guides for any level of mountain biking!

I've gone to Jasper for the last few summers for vacation and was looking for something new to try when I came across Journey Bike Guides online. I haven't ridden a bike in a few years and when I booked my tour Elissa was great with recommending what tour to do and had me booked on the beginner one. It was great seeing Jasper from a different perspective and all the scenery you get to view. It was a really enjoyable, fun and an easy experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun activity to do!

Our tour guide really knew the trails. She knew my ability after the first few minutes and let me determine if I wanted to take it easier or go on more challenging trails. My bike was in great shape, I ride trails back home with a Trek 6500 - the one Journey Bike Guides provided may be nicer. Great experience!

Awesome guided tour of Jasper's breathtaking mountain trails. Elissa is a great teacher, she's super patient, has great tips on how to handle a bike, and knows all the good trails around Jasper. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone, no matter what skill level you are!!
