We had previously used a couple of other agencies on the island to help us care for our father who insisted on remaining in his own home despite his deteriorating health. We were not happy with the level of care they provided. Because we don't live on the island, we were really in a bind since he needed daily housekeeping, personal care and meal preparation. SureWork Solutions looked after all our fathers needs and did it always in a caring manner. Their hourly rates are competitive and better value because they actually do everything they say they will do. Their main strength is in their hardworking, honest, compassionate employees. The company was also flexible and accommodating with us, adjusting their schedules as our father's needs became more acute.
