RiverKraft Marine & Resort, Ltd.

Back in August of 2018, after purchasing a boat in the area, this marina was suggested as a reliable spot for inspection and repair. I requested a service of the bellows, prior to the boat being shipped to the States to my marina.Once the boat arrived at my marina, the boat was dropped into the water and upon starting it, it was 100% worse then when I had taken the boat out of the water at Ecarte Marine. The repair work was found to be shotty, with it costing me almost double of what Ecarte had charged me.After I received the bill I contacted Ecarte, who had been made aware of this, but they refused to reconcile in any matter for the charges and inconvenience I had received, time and slip fees were lost as a result of the Marina's bad work. The owner even admitted to not having water tested my boat prior to it being shipped to the States.My experience dealing with this Marina, has left me very disappointed and I would not recommend using any of their services

A family owned marina in close to the St Clair River. Good shelter from wind and waves, Competitive seasonal rates. Fuel dock and pump out services available. Grounds are improving year over year, but pale in comparison to big city offerings with their big city prices. I feel like my boat is safe here. Caters mainly to power boaters. Diesel is available.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had to pull our 33ft sailboat in off the river for the night due to engine issues. They let us tie to the fuel dock and get some rest. Bathrooms were very clean and look recently renovated. Great little stop to get a break from the current!

nice little marina, sorry we didn't have more time to spend there. They were in the right place after coming up the Detroit River and crossing Lake St Claire and going through t-storms as we enter the St Claire River, their marina was a very welcoming place

Great customer service, with reasonable prices. Over the years we have found the fellow boater's at Ecarte very friendly and never hesitate to offer assistance, when needed.

Huge shoutout to the crew at Riverkraft Marine & Resort. After a series of unfortunate events, we found ourselves stranded with an empty tank, far from port. With help from some locals (big thanks Chubby & crew!) we met Nadine, owner of RKMR, who graciously helped us out. 100% highly recommend!!

I’ve been with Ecarte Marina for three full seasons and is an ideal spot for my pontoon boat and the price far outweighs the large centres at Sarnia

Brought our Jet Skis up to tour the area and stayed at River Kraft Marina AirBNB. Rob and Nadine were amazing hosts! When a rope wrapped around our shaft, Rob was right there with the tools to fix it. We forgot a life jacket, Nadine was quick to offer one. Missing Fire Extinguisher, they were there again! Thanks for the Great Service!

All the people I have met at Ecarte Marine have been awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Gotta love it there. It does need a face lift.

Robin at the front desk is miserable and always wants to charge more for everything. This place is a dump and you'd be better off paying a couple hundred more and going to a nice and organized Marina. They have moved my boat without my permission or notice, they are not available for a pump out or gas during closing season as the boats that are being paid to be stored there take precedence over ones that are not. We will not be back to this Marina, this was a terrible experience and very stressful place to be. Hopefully if the place sells they get rid of Robin and straighten the place out.
