We purchased our first hot tub from Pools HQ, Mike was professional, courteous and provided regular updates on delivery and shipping. His delivery team was amazing! They were able to solve a difficult installation and get the hot tub where we needed it, efficiently and safely with no damage, saving us a lot of hassle and money.

Emailed this company to see if they were interested in my hottub (free) since they refurbish and resell. Everything works just has a plumbing leak. Someone responded right away asking for pics but never signed the email. I sent pics right back and here we are two months later, still no reply. Not impressed when I'm only trying to donate something to them vice taking to the dump. Not sure I would recommend this company because my initial experience was not positive.

Mike answered all my questions without delay, provided a written quote with a breakdown of what the price included, and beat out 3 other pool companies on liner installation dates! Excellent customer service with ZERO nickel-and-dime games! PoolsHQ delivered on time and the installers were genuine and authentic. 10/10

PoolsHQ is by far the best place to buy a hottub from! My new PDC spa is everything that I had imagined and more (this is my 5th spa). Mike is an expert in his field and knows how products very well. I could not be more impressed with Mike’s knowledge, attentive customer service, and the ease that he brought to this buying experience! We have had a wonderful experience with Nicole and her team. Our pool liner got destroyed this winter and Nicole and her team managed to get a new liner installed and fixed up our 20+ year old above ground pool in time for the May long weekend. I’d phoned all the other pool companies in the area only to have insane waits or very cranky customer service. Everyone at poolHQ has been so polite and caring, we are taking all our pool needs to them from here on out! Thank you guys!

Mike was a pleasure to deal with .Great selection of refurbished tubs as well as Very informative and helpful and never once was a pushy salesman. Hot tub arrived a week early and mike and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had all our start up needs . His quotes are upfront and honest. He has great connections for delivery and hook up as well . Highly recommend pools hq .

Great experience dealing with these guys. Had a beautiful new hot tub delivered quickly and placed perfectly. They supplied me with what I needed and I never expected to enjoy using it as much as I do. Great pricing, I suggest checking these guys out first.

Just wanted to thank the owners and staff of PoolsHQ in Carleton Place. We recessed a 21 foot above ground pool into a 2 1/2 foot deep hole with a surrounding retaining wall, drainage tiles andPatio. The deal was great, and the results are quite striking.
