Excellent experience! First time using this boarders for our Pup McCoy he was there for a 5 night stay, They were highly recommended when our regular boarding was full for a last minute trip we needed to go on! Love having a report card on how well he did! Nice and clean environment. Caring staff as well. Escarpment Pet Resort will now be our place to go for boarding or daycare needs. Thank you for taking such good care of him!

I recently had the pleasure of boarding my big dog, Karma, at Escarpment Pet Retreat for two weeks. She is a 5 year old mastiff and has never been away from us before. She can be quite particular about who she lets into her circle and takes time to warm up to people.The staff at Pet Escarpment were incredibly helpful and attentive, and they took the time to make sure Karma was comfortable and well-cared for during her stay. Not only did the staff take great care of Karma, but they also managed to bond with her. When I came to pick her up, she was equally excited to see me and the staff, which is a testament to the great care she received while she was there. Throughout Karma's stay, the staff kept me updated regularly on her well-being, which was incredibly reassuring.Overall, I am really happy with the service and defintely recommend it other pet owners.

We got our pup as a rescue and he has always been cautious of strange people and places. After just 2 visits here, he now walks in with a smile on his face and tail wagging. He clearly loves staying at Escarpment Pet Retreat and the reasonable prices, flexible options and ease of drop off and pick up suit us perfectly. We will always be using their services.

We have boarded Teddy many times at Escarpment Pet Retreat! We know that he is very well looked after, while we are on vacation. When the girls have Teddy out for his daily walks, they take pictures of him and send them to me. The girls also let me know how Teddy is doing throughout his stay. The staff are all so friendly! We are able to enjoy our vacation because we know that Teddy is enjoying his vacation also!

Escarpment Pet Retreat is a wonderful kennel. I’ve left my pup there multiple times and he always comes back smiling and wagging his tail! Not to mention, if your dog stay for 5 days or more, they get a complimentary bath! My boy is always so fluffy and soft when I come to pick him up :)

I left my 6 months old golden retriever - Enzo at the Escarpment Pet Retreat for 7 nights. Enzo was well taken care of at the retreat and seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up. I would email the staff at the retreat for an update on Enzo and they always replied promptly sharing how he is doing and also included great pics of him. I am satisfied with how my pet was handled at this facility.

My dog Benny just came back from his first boarding experience at Escarpment Pet Retreat and he seems to have absolutely loved his time there. The entire booking experience was great. As this was my first time boarding my dog, I had a few questions and Tom was so kind, patient and helpful - answering all my questions over the phone to ensure the booking process was easy for me.They also offer pickup and drop off for an additional fee which I found so convenient, and they were punctual for both pick up and drop off.I am so happy I found somewhere close to home that I feel comfortable leaving my dog. Benny will definitely be back!
