Went to get a form notarized today and I met Noel, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and just kind. I didn't have the right forms when I went into the office, he helped me obtain the proper forms, fill them out and then he completed the notarization. I wish everything in life was as easy as Noel made this process.

Bad customer service. I called over the phone to ask one question, and the first thing the guy mentioned was that they were closing in 2 min. Not nice and not helpful because he was trying to rush to leave work
