Bill and his staff are professional and friendly. In particular, Steve has been fantastic with servicing issues. Excellent communication, follows up with calls and is able to work things in on short notice. Very happy with sales, parts and service at Mathews Motors, highly recommend.

I've tried on multiple occasions to do business with this dealership only to leave with a bitter taste everytime.Let my wife drive our truck home with a broken rotor after their mechanics checked" to see what the issue was. When we wanted it fixed.In the market for a truck again and already pre approved for the loan so went to see about a new truck and they proceeded to tell me there is "no-market" for my 2012.thats in relatively good condition. Drove to the next closest Ford dealer and they offered me 15k.This is not a professional dealer and posting to warn others so they don't waste their time like we did."

Bill Mathews Motors may not be illegal but they are unethical.Bill Mathews Motors added a $5000 charge to my bill of sale for no reason other than greed, Or as Bill Mathews Motors would say “To pad insurance”I had to call Ford Canada to get Bill Mathews Motors to release me the vehicle after waiting 4 months to buy a vehicle off their lot.Bill Mathews took my trade early saying my vehicle would be there within 1 month (it took 4 months)I was asked not to complain because “Ford will choke their inventory”Trying to contact Bill Mathews is a waste of time and energy if you're struggling with a transaction - Go right to Ford Canada.

Extremely helpful, courteous, and parts are suprisingly cheap now. For my car anyways(12 fusion).

I recently visited the Bill Matthew’s Ford dealership and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The first impression was amazing, as the dealership was clean and well-organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process enjoyable. I'm definitely impressed and will be back to this Ford dealership in the future.

Purchasing my Escape was so easy with Julie. She truly is amazing at what she does. She kept an eye out for the perfect vehicle for me and contacted me as soon as she found something. The service department has also been amazing, they really do go out of their way to make sure my vehicle is safe for me and my family to drive. As for the support staff, you make us feel right at home anytime we go in (and sometimes even just in the parking lot). I highly recommend this dealership!

Been there on 3 different occasions, a repair inquiry in which they ended up telling me it was safe to drive my truck a 45 min drive home with a broken rotor as they couldn't repair it for a few wks even though parts were in stock, shopping for a truck and left waiting over 30 min with a baby in the lobby before speaking to someone then went in to look at purchasing a truck on their lot and told they aren't interested in our 2012 F250 as a trade in as there is no market for it. I'll drive the extra distance to the Ford dealer outside of town that's offered us 15k for our truck and has great customer service. Bill Matthew's Ford dealership is rumored to not have a good reputation unless you bought a vehicle through them and not interested in doing business with you if your current vehicle was through them, I guess it's true.
