was so disappointed today....Used my Mary Browns gift card to buy Big Mary's for my husband and I on our way home from hospital...We live an hour away, got home, and while my husband was eating his, there was a hair that stuck out.....it wasnt ours, cause I am grey and he is bald....we purchased 4 big marys, fries and taters....was so looking forward to it, but, lost our appetites after finding that hair....we go to you store probably about 2x a month......first time having an issue..........pls be careful.....and also, pls stay safe

I go there at least once a week But I went twice this week. Went trough drive trough. Was really slow but don't mind that. Paid for my order and waiting on my meal and gift card I ordered. Then I was told to go around the building and go inside to get my gift card because the gift card would not go trough. My taught was can't you put it trough and bring it back to the window to me. No we can't she said because I was holding up the Drive Trough. I am the CUSTOMER I didn't have anything to do with how slow they were in the kitchen . And not the best when I did go inside. She just rang it in and gave it to be. When I was talking to her she walked away like a brat. And please don't offer me 15% of my next meal.

I am a resident of the Goulds and I've been using the drive-thru a few times now because my stepson loves Mary Brown's but everytime I've used the drive-thru, the wait time has been unbelievably slow to pit it mildly! Today I was the only one in the drive-thru and placed a small order of Big Mary Combo....I paid for my order and I was waiting over 5 minutes for that little order. Unacceptable! If service like this continues, I will go elsewhere

I like coming here for their plantbased options. However the hours are inaccurate and not up to date. They close at 11 on thursdays, not 12. Not sure if that applies to the rest of the week, regardless they should be updating their hours.

My son and I stopped in for a bite, we are here visiting from Ontario. I had a two piece combo with tators. He had a Big Mary combo. Both of us enjoyed our lunch. Staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks for a good experience for us tourists.

Worked as a cook for a lil over 9 months.Was full-time. Right before benefits/insurance was coming on my 6th month, the boss cut my shifts to part time so I could not get my benefits. My hours got worse and worse until I had to leave.

Mary Brown's franchise disappeared from the prairies several decades ago so when we moved to Newfoundland it was great to see them going strong, love their chicken and menus overall. Was also thankful to see dining in even though only room for 2 tables at this location. FYI - Mary Browns franchise is apparently slowly reappearing in western Canada, glad to see.

Food was decent, and staff were quick to take my order tho forgot to put a fork or condiments in bag which I had to ask again. Otherwise things were acceptable
