We got mani/pedis combos and it was so awesome. The massage on the feet was so good, great pressure too vs other places. Highly recommend coming out. Great job ladies and thank you.

poor work. no customer satisfaction. accepting walk-in customers and not servicing the scheduled customer. Flaky work. employees were rude. there was a language barrier which is acceptable but the type of work they are offering is below average. can't recommend them to anyone. Don't come here to waste money. also, you might wanna remove your nails right away. gross!!

Super disappointed in the service. It was my first time there and the owner did my nails and toenails. She didn’t greet me upon entry, just did the nails: super unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. See pics, but there is shellac on my skin, I pointed it out to her, and she didn’t even care. Not what I would consider a $65 job! And she cut me to the point of bleeding. On top of all her rudeness, she didn’t even thank me for the $5 underserved tip I gave her. She kept telling the patrons leaving to “come back soon” - if she wants return customers so bad, start treating the ones in your store properly! I absolutely deserve a refund, but better yet, I’ll never return and never recommend this place to anyone I know.Perhaps they need to recognize there’s a reason why they are never busy and step up their game. Cannot believe the owner of this business would be so dense when it comes to friendliness and customer service!!

From the cold water foot soak, the owner who did my pedicure got a phone call during my services. She put them on speaker phone and talked through the whole 15 minutes of my pedicure. I went to relax and be pampered and received the opposite. She rushed through it and didn’t bother with spacers between my toes and the polish went on my toes . Go somewhere else where the business understands customer service. Wasted my money! Awful experience!

I get the same lady every time (I don’t request her) and she’s constantly rude. I get burnt every time, she laughs and says “oh, that’s hot?” I told her I wanted to go from my previous red nails to a classics French. I was told that I’m not allowed to do that because of my previous red nails. I told her if it’s easier, she can take off my nails and we can re-apply new ones. She told me no and began to file off the old colour. I got my French, but I have left over red still on my nails and the shape of the nails isn’t all the same. Also, while getting my French, I had the colour thing in the chair next to me and I was just seeing all the colours. She seen and asked if I wanted a colour. I told her no and that I still wanted the French. She said “why’re you looking?” She also pulls on my arm and shoves it back, which causes smudging and she gets mad at me for it. Pretty sure she is the manager, but everyone else is great!!! I’ve talked to the owner about it, and I’ve never gotten any sort of discount. I’ve been burnt so bad, I needed oil to calm down the swelling.

One if the girls there is very rough when handing your fingers.She was not good with ombré nails at all. Left my nails thick and uneven.She suggested going solid colour and I believe this is because she’s terrible with gel ombréThe only thing good about this place was decent price. Other than that I would not recommend

Great service! The ladies are all really nice! I love the way my nails were really neatly done. Everything went smooth! Definitely recommended!!!
