QualiGlass Windows and Doors Ltd.

Have been trying to get parts for Qualiglass windows and Doors for 5.5 months. All I have received are stalling tactics or non communication. I did a search on the company at a registry office to let the owner know that they have a problem which was sent registered mail and it turns out that the woman who owns the company was the main person doing the stalling and non communication. Wish that I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing all of my house windows. Buyer beware.One star is the lowest I can give this company and they don’t deserve that.

NO Star deserved !! Chris at QualiGlass does not reply to emails and I have been waiting 2 years to get my warranty work done on my windows.

I've deleted an older review in place for this newer one based on my experience today. The lock handle on one of my windows broke, so I went in for help. They gave me a new handle and easy demo on how to install it. I fixed it within five minutes. No charge. Very happy. I recommend going in to see the team if you need warranty service as they are great to deal with in person. Too bad about the negative experiences posted elsewhere and I hope they can get resolved.

The sealed unit failed less than a year after installation .Excuses are all we have after 9 months. Obviously no pride in their company.

Needed some warranty work done on glass that was sub standard. Owner explained why and owned the the problem. Given demand each year they penciled me in for replacement glass and I am very happy with the technician and overall service. . Over all I am happy. Patience and communication is the key. Thanks Chris.

We had previously had a good experience with Qualiglass and went back to them a few times because of it. Unfortunately it has been overshadowed by the most painful warranty experience of my life. It has now been nearly two years of largely non-responsiveness. I'm currently discussing with legal counsel.

My husband and I ordered windows from Qualiglass a few years ago. My husband installed himself and everything has been completely fine and we've been happy with our windows. This past winter, we used humidifers in our bedrooms. Now, the middle pane of our triple pane windows has started fogging up and this won't go away.We brought this up to Qualiglass and took pictures for them. We were then told the manufacturer will replace the glass no problem, as its some sort of defect in the windows. We spoke with Chris and she told us that we have to pay the labor charges of $670!!! We don't understand why we have to pay the labor charges when their manufacturer has admitted this is their fault!!! My husband has explained this isn't our fault and if they would wave the labor fees. They wouldn't budge. So now we have to pay an extra $670 for replacement of our $6000 windows!!! Not impressed at all!!

Bad customer service. I do not recommend this company. We had 4 windows glass replaced in July of 2018. In summer of 2020 one of the windows fogged up. We contacted Chris at Qualiglass and agreed to replace the glass in spring of 2021.I have emailed Chris photos of fog and frost between pains and contacted Chris in March of 2021. She told me that the glass will be ordered. I had many unanswered emails and many phone calls since with no response. Chris emailed me in about July saying that the weather was too hot to do the work. I have many emails and left phone messages again since with no response.We have visited Qualiglass on Wednesday, Nov. 3, and talked to Barb. She promised to check with Chris and phone us back. Today is Monday - no response. I was told Chris is the Owner of Qualiglass.

A beautiful update to our house!We wanted to update our front entrance and allow more light in.While most companies options were to cut out the entire existing door (including our outdoor siding!) and replace it with ridiculously expensive doors, Rick from Qualiglass came up with a cheaper option.We simply replaced the door slab" itself and the sidelights with fibreglass panels and beautiful privacy glass.A much cheaper and easier option. It looks great and our house is now full of light!Some minor errors; the hole in the new door slab for the door handle was cut higher by one inch and our interior wall was dented during the operation - No worries

Given my personal experience with this company, I recommend anyone considering doing business with them should review the Better Business Bureau to see the D- rating and the unresolved cases reported.
