Worst customer service I have ever had. Waited one hour in line only to be told they were no longer taking those without an appointment. The security guard claimed he told us and that we only hear what we want to hear" which was a complete fabrication. They both seemed to take a sadistic pleasure in wasting our time.Went to the SAAQ in Aylmer and was treated like a human. Would recommend going there instead."

The token before mine was called however the person didn’t show up so technically, she was supposed to call the number a couple of times and proceed with the next one(mine). I went and asked her that I’m next and if could be served. To my surprise, she left her desk and the system showed as if she’s serving the missing customer. Upon being asked, they assigned my number to someone else.

I've had to come here on different occasions for different reasons and each time I have left with a disgusting sour taste of spite in my mouth. Staff are unhelpful, unfriendly, and don't communicate properly. On multiple incidences, whether it be for a driver's license or a car registration, I've had to make several trips/appointments because they ALWAYS leave out key information and say I'm missing paperwork or it's the wrong paperwork. I booked an appointment 2 months out because of their backlog and when I showed up I was turned away for missing a document that they couldn't even properly describe to me, other than calling it, the paper". Showed up again a few days later for the non-rendezvous line with a copy of the document they needed

I always dread dealing with any services from Quebec's Government, but today was different. Not that the policies and processes in place are any easier (although maybe a little since the pandemic) for the residents, but the clerks who helped me out were very nice, courteous, and professional. I had an appointment and was in and out within 45 minutes with very little wait. Just for that, I'll give it a 5 star review.

Passed my road test but they cant give me my driver's licence card cause stupid syteme update so they gave me a paper insted like realy??

A service that doesn't work to save their lives I can't book an appointment since there are too many people on the website. The government doesn't have the needs to even hold a website open while my personal websites created by a Pakistani server can maintain thousands. I stayed on the line for 3 hours just for the automated message to tell me that there are to many people calling at the same time and that I should call back and ends the call. This is the worst service that the government of Quebec has to offer shame on you !!

The management lets employees close their station to do personal stuff when there is a full room , speed is slow but that could be excused for lack of training another management problem. Gouvernement should treat this as a buisness with quotas since our taxes depend on the speed of transaction. We should automate most transactions since the management can't be trusted handling a buisness when it's a let it be environment, no pressure therefore no results. Time is very valuable to everyone, since we are obligated to go through this process it shouldn't be painful.

I submitted payment at the beginning of the year to renew my Quebec driver's license. Five months later, I receive a notification by mail that I'm being penalized for no payment" and my vehicle is prohibited from being on the road. I made over 37 attempts to fix this. No luck.."

I decided to visit without an appointment, because the earliest appointment available using the online system was 3 weeks in the future. After waiting in the non-appointment line for an hour, the agent informed me that my service could not be performed today, because all the agents were occupied until closing time. I can show up again tomorrow at 7:30am to try for one of the 20 service slots they offer to people without an appointment. Or I could try another office. I'm not sure why service has declined so badly in the past several years.

At 9 am there was around 50 ppl already there (hence the place makes big money). We came again at 10 there was around 30 ppl outside standing on the sidewalk (named “not appointed”), around 30 inside .To book your time online- there is nothing earlier than 2 weeks.There‘s an option to come at 7 am, they let 20 people in without an appointment, but you will be standing in the line outside and if there is rain -they don’t care. While there is plenty of space inside.Why not to hire more staff, provide waiting space and decent service??
