I've worked with a few realtors in the past and while they were fine and covered the basics, none of them had the wealth of knowledge that Haze has. He was proactive in getting to understand what I was looking for as a buyer and regularly notified me of opportunities.I highly recommend Haze if you're looking for an experienced realtor that can guide first time home buyers or provide valuable insight for investors. He's normally a really easy going and chill guy but he knows when to ask the tough questions and point out problems when he sees them.

Haze was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and thorough when it came to everything required for the entire process in selling my home. I feel like he listened to all of my requests, had suggestions when ideas didn't quite align with what I was hoping to achieve and ultimately gave me the best overall advice to succeed, all while bringing me multiple offers, over asking, in a very short time frame. I highly recommend Haze.

• Wrong cleaning quote. The actual cost was 45% more than the estimate. I didn’t want bother asking about this. Then it happened again. This time with the painting. The actual cost is more than 60% more. He didn’t get an approval from me before agreeing with painter. He told me to discuss with painter after the fact. When I talked to the painter, he said that he discussed with Haze before he proceeded with the work, but Haze didn’t ask me. I talked to him when I got the invoice and also talked to him after the tenant left, but he just kept blaming the painter. He said that he was going look into it, but I never heard back. In the end, I told him that I’m not happy how things turned out, and he just said “alright”. He’s supposed to get an approval from me before proceeding. I wouldn’t have approved more painting if I knew the additional cost.• My first payment wasn’t received on time. No communication between him and accounting.• Can’t set up appointment time. He told me 3pm, but his partner said it was 3:30. We waited at least 20 mins. My friend was mad.• Unpaid damage. The curtain rod was damaged by the tenant, and it was replaced by a tension curtain rod that keeps coming off. His suggestion was to put it back up and that the deposit form has already been sent, so he doesn’t think he can catch it. The damaged stuff were just left at my place.• As I start to move in, I noticed that my place wasn’t clean. He said he was going get a cleaner, but it doesn’t look like he did.This has been a disaster from beginning to end. I hired a property manager, so that it will be less headache, but instead he gave me too much headache. I paid property management fee plus things that he can’t manage. Good thing I didn’t recommend him to people who asked me for referrals.

Efficiency! We had a pipe that was starting to fail in our rental, over the weekend. Haze was there within the hour, contacted the correct people and had this dealt with right away. He was able to communicate to us on what the issue was, the potential risks of waiting to repair it and how each step went. The team sent pictures (attached) of the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. They are putting the stairs back into today with all the fixes done already. Haze saved what could have been an expensive mess and we sleep better knowing that he and his team have a watchful eye on our investment property. A big thank you to Haze and team.
