Love the new location and bigger store and the fact that they have a great selection of Primal brand frozen raw cat food. The raw cat food market has been slow to catch on and I was so happy that they started carrying it when they moved locations. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Great service purchased a Halti headcollar for my dog. Staff member was great. The collar is very good quality and works wonders in getting my dog to stop pulling when we walk her.

My wife and I absolutely love it here. The amazingly friendly and helpful staff that love my dogs (shoutout to K for being my dog attys favorite person!) To the dog wash stations to the huge selections for food and treats and everything in-between I can't recommend this place enough!

The staff gave us some advice on taking my 8mo puppy on a long road trip (manitoba to nova scotia in 3 days) and he was entertained and well behave the whole way because of their help!I had been searching for a fancy or luxury collar for my dog for some time, and this Pet Value was the first pet store I went too that actually had a small selection of classy collars. The tags were hand written, so I suspect they were made locally, and my little guy looks so sharp in his.

The self-serve dogwash is the best. $10 and I don't have to fill my own tub with hair. Plus it's built to specifically accomodate dogs. They provide aprons and shampoo.

I am very satisfied! Found everything I need, got great consultation from one of the ladies working there. Very attentive, friendly and experienced. I definitely will come back there if I would need anything for my cat. Very big assortment of goods. Way to go, guys!
