I have had trouble with my Commercial Hood for weeks. Happened to see a card in my mail about a cleaning. So I was like why not? These guys serviced me so quick and the communication was #1! I was treated very politely and felt like an important customer. Not only that but they fixed my issues after others could not for 6 weeks. I am so grateful to them and will be using them only from now on. Plus they seemed like good people and easy to talk to.

Finally, a company in the restaurant industry who not only perform fantastic work, they go out of their way to support their customers. This is such an unbelievable change from the norm in this industry! So, we purchased a restaurant in November of 2021 and used the same company as the previous owner to perform the hood cleaning. We weren’t impressed with them and after an extensive search we found AAA SuperClean. They were very responsive during the initial phase, showed up on-time with multiple resources, performed a thorough hood cleaning, and completely cleaned up after their work. We were very happy with the experience and were planning to continue with them going forward. The day after the cleaning we had an issue where one of our ovens wouldn’t turn on. We reached out to them and although they had a full schedule and were far from our restaurant at the time, they came out to look into the issue. After investigating the issue for a while, they had their electrician come out to check out the problem. It turned out the issue had nothing to do with their work (rather embarrassing situation for us!) Their electrician fixed the issue and the guys from AAA SuperClean were super understanding about the situation. You just don’t see this kind of service, support, and professionalism. After hearing very positive feedback about AAA Superclean Inc, I have decided to hire them to clean my type 1 hood in downtown Everett.I don't know where to begin, and none of my feedback is overinflated. This is the most professional, courteous and caring outside vendor I have used in the lifetime of my restaurant. I have used others and they pale in comparison with AAA Superclean.Alan the owner and Whitney his executive assistant are a true delight to deal with! They take their job seriously, they do it with great pride and they genuinely adhere to the customer service philosophy.In short, if you are a business and are looking for true professionals to clean your hood, look no further!

We had an emergency as our septic backed up into our downstairs. Alan, the owner, had someone out at our house within 1 hour of us contacting him. It was a nasty job (sewage) and his worker, Joseph, was professional and cleaned with no complaints. The advised us as they were going along what they were doing and what needed to be done to complete the job. I would recommend them wholeheartedly! They were awesome.
